No I don't know how to do that

Ummmm. I'm having some flashy light problems. It worked fine for a while. But now when I turn the lights on they all flash black. Like you can see the color of the light like red, blue , amber, etc. But when they flash it's black. And the reflection on the ground is red and blue which is fine I set like that. But I don't understand why it's black. Am I making sense ?

Recently downloaded the setup file for the mod. But when I double click it acts like it's loading and then the screen flashes and that it.

Hello, I recently installed GTA IV from steam. It worked fine before, But then I did a clean installation and installed the following mods. LCPDFR 0.95RC2 Federal Signal siren ELS V7 :D A CVPI that only replaces police 1. ( The only vehicle mod installed ) At first, I thought it was because I didn't update to 1.0.7.0. But when I try it said update failed. When I start GTA it starts, But right when it signs me into GFWL it just goes to my desktop. without saying anything. No error messages and it doesn't say GTA has stopped working. Help would be really appreciated. Andrew.

Hi all, Recently got GTA IV from Steam, But when I launch the game as admin I get the Rockstar Social Club. But when I press play I get a blue spinning circle but then nothing happens. Any ideas on how to make it work. Running on Windows 8. Andrew :)
