I made a lightbar texture but the primary lights are weird and bright as the sun and you can't see anything. But the secondary lights are normal

I play GTA IV on a Intel HD graphics card with 3 GB of ram and I got it working pretty well. I get about 15-20 Fps without Fraps and 10-15 with Fraps. That's pretty good for my laptop. Try using Graphic enhancement for low end computers it works great.

What I do is get an unmarked car an drive around Bohan and and find a prostitute on the street then park and turn my lights off and wait until they get pickd up

When it goes to the loading screen to choose patrol car the game crashes, But when I take siren tool out it works fine. I tried using the old version but it doesnt work that well.

1. The ElS in the notepad fiel is the ini and it will affect your vehicles if you change it to active/inactive. 2. I use SparkIV I could never figure out how to use open iv. Also any modding you do you should extract the old file into a folder somewhere and if the mods don't work you can put the orginal in there.

Pressing P truns definition off. Try pressing P agian after you go on duty to turn definition back on

I have a low end pc and have my vehicle density set to 21 and I have traffic flow. But after playing for a few minutes like 15 min. the streets are like a ghost town theres only peds on sidewalks and service cars responing. Even if there is traffic form where I start game, when I go over to algonquin or bohan or somewhere else it's rarley that I see a civilian car.

I think Romeny should win because he seems like a very succesful man and made millions of dollars. As for Obama who put the US in debt of trillions of dollars. But that's just what my parents say. I'm not interested in politics it makes me bored.

Have you tried using a commandline in GTA IV ? Here is the one that I use -windowed -nomemrestrict -novblank -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 1 -detailquality 1 -percentvidmem 2050 -noprecache -dx9 -width 600 -height 400 -safemode -availablevidmem 2.6 -noprecache -nomemresctrict -minspecaudio -refreshrate 60 -framelimit 1 -memrestriction 88948678987 It makes the gaming screen small but it's worth it.
