After a long wait, I am proud to finally release my LSPD Pack with ELS Style Lighting! This pack now includes a total of 7 Vehicles:

These vehicles have been under development for several months and are fine-tuned and should be relatively bug-free (knock on wood). The installation package will modify your vehicles.meta to allow multiple liveries for all vehicles as well as changing the handling line for the police and police3 slots. This can be easily undone using the Uninstaller package included in the download. All vehicles feature HD 4k skins made by @TrentMU and possess a variety of extras, including:

Installation Instructions
Launch OpenIV and select Grand Theft Auto V. Click Tools -> Package Installer. Select "LSPD Pack Installer 1.0.0.oiv." Click install and choose whether to install to your mods folder (highly recommended) or directly into your game (not advised). Launch GTA V and enjoy!  
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The package installer fails partway through. How can I fix this?
A: The package installer modifies your vehicles.meta to change just a few lines so that the vehicles will be multi-livery enabled and handle correctly. If you are having problems installing the package, please install a clean vehicles.meta into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and then try again. A clean vehicles.meta can be found HERE. Alternatively, you can run the uninstaller package included in the download prior to reinstalling the package.
 
Q: My package installed successfully but my game is crashing while loading. How can I fix this?
A: If you experience crashing while loading, you probably don't have a gameconfig.xml configured to allow add-on cars. There are a few different gameconfigs which different people are reporting as working. You can find a gameconfig.xml to fix your crashing problem HERE, or if that doesn't work, HERE.
 
Q: I've installed the package but my lights do not seem to be working. They are showing up in the wrong places or not flashing correctly, why?
A: This mod uses a custom carvariations.meta to assign custom sirensettings to each vehicle included. If the lights are not working correctly, another mod you have installed is causing a conflict with this carvariations.meta. Please check all installed mods for a carvariations.meta file (it will be located in common/data/ within a DLC folder). If you have another carvariations which assigns a sirensetting to police, police2, police3, police4, police5, or police6, delete those vehicle entries from it and see if the issue is resolved.
 
Q: I've installed the package and my vehicles are working in game, but the lights are not bright like they are in the screenshots. How can I fix this?
A: You will need to install a light-enhancing graphics mod as well as set your Post FX and Shader settings to High. I would recommend installing Radiance V.

This pack has been an ongoing project for close to a year now but it has finally been completed to the best of My Ability. I tried to capture as good as I could a good amount of the vehicle fleet that the LAPD uses.
Big Thanks to @ShadowShifter and @Stoppel for the Liveries and Carcol work to get the light patterns and liveries accurate to the IRL versions as well as Big Thanks to the beta testers to work out all the issues I hadn’t seen when originally creating the vehicles.

There are no plans to make an ELS version. There are really good ELS LAPD Packs out there already by other devs such as Walters
Do they have LOD’s?
Sadly they do not as I am very lazy to do it. No excuse, just lazy

Hey Guys what's up here is my recent project a LSPD Pack with lots of cool stuff!
ELS Features:
1. ELS with Three Light Stages:
Stage 1: Flashy lights to signal drivers that there is an Emergency Vehicle so drive safely.
Stage 2: Flashy lights and a slow left right blue red pattern (just the top lightbar).
Stage 3: Full lights, Code3 (Nothing further to say here cuz ig you know what that means).
 
1. ELS Three Parking Light Stages:
First of all what is a parking stage or parking mode? Basically when you leave your vehicle the car switches to a different light pattern, pulls the parking brake and for example turns on hazard lights. Well i have made 3 parking modes for each stage.
Stage 1: Slow traffic advisor to signal cars to either switch lanes or be warned there is a cop car on the road. (You can for sure use this as you prefer)
Stage 2: A red and blue light on the lightbar will switch to hazard blink pattern and also turns on traffic advisor. (I made this mainly for traffic stops but you can for sure use this as you prefer)
Stage 3: Well this one is my favorite well maybe you already been in the situation and had a pursuit or something and when it came to an end all emergency vehicles with their full light setup flashed around and especially at night that can be really giving you a headache. Well and that's why if you are on stage 3 and leave the vehicle you will get a slow pattern which makes work way easier and especially when there are many officers on scene it gives you a more relaxing atmosphere.
(All these modes will be automatically turned on when you leave the vehicle.)

Hey guys this pack has been in development in for a while, its not perfect but at this point I'm just trying to get it out, if you notice anything wrong with it let me know. Credits for all the parts and vehicles are in the credits, if I missed anybody please let me know so I can fix them. All vehicles have a marked, slicktop/ghost, and K9 version. These vehicles also come with realistic spotlights, more info in the Instructions. 
 
 
Instructions
Installation: 
- in order to install the pack you must first navigate to your dlc packs folder.
- after you find you dlc packs folder, place the folder "BCSO" in the dlc packs folder
- next navigate to the dlc list, once you find it you must "edit" it, place "<Item>dlcpacks:/BCSO/</Item>" in between paths and the first item entry
- you will need to delete you sheriff and sheriff2 entries in your vehilce meta and carvarations, if you do not delete the sheriff 
and sheriff2 entries in the vehilce meta you will not be able to use the spotlight. 
- Place the vcf's in your pack default
Extras:
Extra 12: lower wrap

Realistic Spotlight: 
- In order to use the workable spotlight you will need to install the spotlight mod by alex:

- Next you will need to use the offset.ini provided, or just delete the sheriff and sheriff2 entries in you offset.ini
- Once in game you should now be press the default key "I" to turn on the spotlight and use the numpad to turn it. 

What will hopefully be the last upload of this pack, until a couple of parts I need and a HQ 21 Tahoe base comes out. Way more enhancements done, this version includes new units with Soundoff lighting, bug fixes, and most importantly, hybrid lighting, allowing much more accurate setups and accurate cruise lights for TPD cars.

My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.

2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility v1.0
 
Release of the first part to a multi-vehicle pack.  Starting off with this 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility with all Whelen lighting products.  The vehicle has reverse-light flashers that are alternating red/blue so don't use coronas for the reverse lights.  The vehicle was edited slightly from it's original state giving it more realistic rear turn signals, better colored parking lights, and editing the head and tail light glass so the lighting wasn't dimmed.  Look forward to the next release being a mini-pack with the same design.

Hello again!
This is a small project i worked on to learn more about LOD's with models so model is fully LOD'd L0-L3.
This charger livery is based around Grand Chute, Wisconsin.
The Charger also has full Soundoff signal lighting build the pattern is based around IRL Soundoff patterns but with a touch for ELS.

The charger is also very high quality i put alot of work into this and i really hope you guys like it i will have some more ELS Cars on the way!

This is my first piece made off the base in game shirts for SRT and SWAT and they are using the in game modeling that come default with EUP. 
 
Do not ask me where I got the Vest, Holsters and Belts. They are not for sale.

Replace both YTD textures by going into Edit Mode and clicking on it then hit replace then find the textures that you are using. I recomend to replace both jbib_diff_013_d_uni_ytd and jbib_diff_013_a_uni_ytd as they are the two that I am using.
I am not respondable for breaking any of the EUP mods I have tested it out and it will work.

Saw someone on the lspdfr reddit with this livery that they made themselves for personal use. Got jealous. Opened up photoshop for the first time. Made my own.
 
This Lore-Friendly Livery is based on the new liveries for the FPIU being rolled out by the York Regional Police, starting July 2023.
 
Fair warning, I had zero prior photoshop/livery making experience prior to the 3 days I spent working on this (very noticeable if you open up the png), but I think it turned out pretty okay. Thought I'd share just in case the 1 or 2 people who live in this region and play lspdfr wanted this in their game, or if anyone else just happens to like the design.

Known Issues
 - The "Deeds Speak" on the front left side of the FPIU also causes itself to appear somewhat visible in the slit between the panels on the back right side. I believe this is a model issue and I don't believe there's anything I can do to get rid of this. It is at most slightly annoying.

Just a few Fire/Rescue vehicles I threw together for our server. We're a small group and don't use fire/rescue vehicles often, so I didn't spend as much time on these as my LEO vehicles, however, the pack should still be decent I believe.

360 environmental lighting, bobble antennas, trunk equipment, etc.
Firetruck is intentionally spelled without the 'c' as that is how GTA has it.
I don't think North America uses motorcycles for paramedics very much, but it is more common in European countries.
*You may need to change the handling lines in the vehicle.meta files for a couple of the vehicles. We have a modified handling.meta that the vehicles are set up to, and that meta is not mine so I cant include it with these vehicles*
 
 
 
Most vehicles can have multiple liveries. Currently, the Firetruk and Fire5 (F450) I believe are limited to just the 1 livery.
Also, I did template the Silverado with the camper shell too, and I messed it up. So the original template is included in the download, and the camper shell seems to pull the colour from that template. I do plan to redo the template for it, I just don't have time yet.
 
As long as you do not rip the models/pack or take credit for them, do not violate any terms and conditions of any websites, and do not try to sell the vehicles/packs, then I do not care what you do. You do not need my permission to link this pack, make skins, convert them to replacements/singleplayer, upload to other sites, use in your server or YouTube vids, etc.

Here is the new 2018 Charger PPV that was recently released. I loved the way this model looked so I figured I would make a car out of it. I spent a long time making this car due to a bunch of errors so I hope you all enjoy it.
