  1. i have this issue sometimes, most of the time i just open the chat box and then press M and it usually works for me.
  2. during my 5 years in the army, i was exposed to alot of different less than lethal force types. The easiest and in most cases, most effective, is a taser gun. the x26 is the one that we used. Using a taser is the safest route to take because you do not have to let a subject get inside your personal space to use it. and pepper is bad, becuase 1 they have to be within 10 feet, and 2, if its windy out, then you are getting a face full of pepper spray too
  3. you could try getting rid of all the v6 enb files then importing the v5 files back in, that might work
  4. I use this enb as well. Has its positives, and negitives, just like any other ENB. One thing i dont like on it is the white lighting
  5. everything you just requested has been implemented in Beta V3. Beta V3 is now available at: http://lcpdmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1-desktop-dispatching-program-v3/
  6. Like the guy above me said, alot of clans do use codes My clan has developed a list of codes to use for anything from a traffic stop to sitting at the burger shot eating a meal. And we do use official out of game dispatchers as well. And they, of course, use the dispatching program i am developing
  7. They might have 100 + members, but i doubt all of those are active.
  8. True, but IMO its better to keep it around just in case something decides to go wrong with your name, then you can rename it back to default to verify that it is not the problem
  9. im pretty sure that is the social club login. its not neccesary, but if you name it "paul.old.dll" you will bypass the social club login screen
  10. Wonder if anyone can see the Easter Egg on my desktop......(only if you have been following my posts will you understand lol)
  11. Very true! In the end, we want to have to the DDP be able to connect to the server as well and pull information from it as well. But we will be doing the updates and everything else on our other site. So you might not get any updates on the mdc on this site. So keep looking over there and you might see something about it soon
  12. Me either, but its very early in the process and will take awhile to get set up
  13. Myself and another person are currently planning on developing a web based mdc. but that is awhile off
  14. That would require scripting, which i am not able to do. there is a script that has been created somewhat for that, but it hasnt been released again. So once that script is re released then ill add in a button that will open that window. until then, the map is all there is
  15. you dont have to be a tester.... just register on the site and download it
  16. part of it is already finished. its not uploaded here at lcpdfr anymore. to get the part thats compleated go to http://lcpdmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1-desktop-dispatching-program/ The next release which will include the ability to search license plates should be finished this week. im already working on a persons database so that part should be release sometime next month if not sooner
  17. BETA V2 Has been released! http://lcpdmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1-desktop-dispatching-program/
  18. its extreamly difficult. atleast it is for me anyway
  19. Program has been uploaded but is no longer hosted at lcpdfr. http://lcpdmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1-desktop-dispatching-program/ MODERATOR NOTICE Be warned that this is an .exe file, it could literally be anything from a virus to a dispatch program to spyware. We can't verify the integrity of external files and therefore, download is at your own risk
