I had to remove both the ASI (which for me I tried OpenIV) and GTAV.exe to get the RPH to load fully, try removing just GTAV.exe and run Rage and see if it loads.

Do you have OpenIV.asi or GTAV.exe in your game folder?

So lately I have decided to look for a R8 police vehicle because personally I think it would make a great patrol car myself however I found nothing with ELS lights. I would glady make one myself for everyone however I am not experienced in the creation field so may I ask if anyone may be up to making one? I think the best way to make this vehicle would be to make it a ghost car with some visor lights and rear deck lights maybe some in the front grill!

It has been 2 years since I last used LCPDFR so I'm rusty however I am trying to install 1.0b and everytime I go into game 30 seconds in when driving to the first safe house in thee Intro. I freeze briefly and then I crash to desktop. I'm almost certain I have patch 1.0.7.0 I only have ELS V8 and 6 Police cars which all work as tested before thee install of LCPDFR so I've realised it's not them but rather LCPDFR 1.0b, I have installed the framwork 4.5, Directx etc before installing LCPDFR. I'm concerned about the "read only" issue I've been unclicking the Read only box but everytime I click apply and ok then close, the box goes back to the solid blue box upon reopening properties. Ugh I've read problems and solutions like my own but nothing seems to work as of yet. Hope someone can help me out! Good job, however i really got an eye for detail and if im correct which i believe i' am then the lighting on this suburban is not correct, it has two sets of lights on the back very top above the window atleast the one's the guys use in flashpoint does, you dont see the back of their trucks often but i have caught a few glimpses, just pointing it out

i had 0.95 rc2 installed but i think that it was crashing my game im trying to install 0.91 and its saying In the title of the error " Microsoft.Net Framerwork" then says Unhandled exception has occured in your application blah blah , Then at the bottom "Problum neogitating with G17 media."

Well all i can tell you is when the cars texture is grey ill put a RCMP texture and the car shows the decals but the car is black and not white ?
