Awsome vehicle but i have slight issue with it, when i jump in it and start to move the wheels disappear and the car just freezes?

I can't get the arrow board to open :/ used alt+k and cntrl/alt+k but nothing happens, installed els 8 ini file into els folder but nothing :(

Thanks for the info...I reinstalled the default police peds and it works now although the game still crashes every now and then(I think due to either els or trainer).
