Have you altered anything in the .ini files that could cause this?

You can change the pattern and speed of the ELS lights by pressing Alt + M and using the U I O keys.

Have you read the instalation instructions provided with the download?

Go to your main GTAIV directory then to LCPDFR and in there is a file called "LCPDFR". Thats the log.

I get this aswell. Its probably just the game not allowing you to get wanted becuase LSPDFR is loaded.

Can you attach the log file please.

Im not 100% certain on this LMS or Sam could probably give you a more in depth answer as to why but, im sure its something to do with the inaccessability of the files on console and the fact that modding them would be against the T&C's of said console.

Another way would be to allow the AI to arrest the suspect and about 30 seconds later a unit will show up and take them away. Good for multiple suspect pursits.

I wasn't aware of a new Ragehook being released.

LSPDFR Doesn't work since the new update you will have to wait till the new version comes out, its sometme today.

Im 100% certain but I believe that if Rageplugin Hook is in the directory then it won't load online. My advice would be to have a backup or a specific folder in which you can play online through. Hope this helps.

Are the cars ELS V8 enabled?

Does anyone know how to set the ELS lights so that when I press "J" the blues come on but not the reds and inorder to get the red on i have to press "K". Thanks in advance

I get this alot, I think it is just due to the game being unstable and running a mod. All I can suggest is that you open the console using the "@" key and type in "Reloadscripts" it will cause you to have to go to the station and go on patrol again but its alot easier than restarting the whole game.

Do as it says on the screen. Close OpenIV, Right Click, Run as admin and then it should work.

It would be good but the weapons are so OP. Instead of stunning the suspect the taser will just kill him.
