    Thats a different model of the Bearcat. The one in the Download is the G3 Bearcat the one shown in the picture is the G2 i think

    Yah its always been in the pack. Its under Police4 in both version. It spawns as a black and white, you have to change the livery

    Its a bit of both, do you have a handling mod installed? Sometimes for whatever reason some cars dont like being put in different slots, if you place it in the police3 slot i guarantee it probably wont roll. I dont really know how to affect the centre of mass for a vehicle, i think thats done on the modelling end
