Lore-friendly from another video game not by Rockstar waiting for someone to convert it to GTA V as a Template, taxi, Highway patrol, and Civlilan. In the other game. It's named "Cop Car" I decided to rename it as "Declasse Merit" as it is based on Chevy Impala similar to Chevy Caprice Classic. If someone knows how to convert it please do :)

    Probably but then he might not make it "editable" if he converts it, because of like how he converted the Premier Classic and doesn't want it to be customized.

    Um this is just a photo I posted it here if someone wants to convert it here the vehicle is from a 2002 video game I think it can be converted I don't know I'm extremely new to this.

    No no. I mean the Premier Classic. The one I released. A model being unlocked means it's editable in a program like Zmodeler3.
