GTAIV works great without mods, that's their plan since GTAIII. They want to prevent us to modify the game, so they will not take the time to carefully port it to PC if it ever does. Hence why they don't release 1.0.0.8 with a memory fix.

Also, if an animation is stuck with you, hit CTRL+DEL and it will reset it.

What I'd love to have is a CVPI which DOES support the specular maps, that way that SQ CVPI would be possible, even the SPVM's one OR their Impalas. :) SPVQ doesn't have any with that kind of livery, yet.

Olanov's post was only a smiley face, while he had a video. It was not a direct mention of piracy, but just wanted to be clear that LCPD:FR doesn't endorse it in any way.
