You can edit LCPDFRs controls to your liking in the LCPDFR.ini file. GTA IV is the worst port ever, your generally lucky if you get over 1 hour of gameplay before crashing.

Hopefully somebody can make these callouts after the API is released so the devs can bring us more content rather than spending their time making calls.

Think of it, slower release (After DLC) = More time to play the mod before it breaks + more polish faster release = Less time to play the mod + less polish on it + less features maybe + bugs! Lets just be patient and wait for the DLC to pass, it's like a storm, It'll pass.

How about downloading it from the official source (Microsoft) that may have additional features needed for it to run, this time I don't believe there was any additional software for that this time, but typing into google 'MSVCR100.dll download' would make AV companies scream at you. Willpv23 has the official download source above.
