it was called sapdfr but after a discussion between g17 and palm beach they renamed it to sapdrr. op: are you sure you aren't confused with something along the lines of the old bay area buggs "sapdfr" series? if so, that isn't a mod, and is just a custom deathmatch in gta:o fivem also doesn't support lspdfr at all, any videos using it are roleplay videos, with people on people instead of lspdfr's people on ai.

If I remember correctly, there's a really, really expensive ELS version for FiveM, as well as a free one which I believe only supports lights (or sirens, not sure). It's FiveM, you probably aren't getting a good alternative for anything without coughing up some dough.
