Where can I find the lastest/best for those adjusters?

Good morning/afternoon/evening, I just started getting back into LSPDFR today, did things how I remembered doing them from early 2021 (Jan-feb). while following readmes.txt. However, my game is crashing on start up. I know its my mods folder. so no sense in posting the log. I'm installing cars, literally that's it to start. What is the correct patchday to install them in? are adding DLC vehicles still the same as in early 2021? etc. Removing mods folder lets the game load, etc. So it has to be the vehicles not getting put in the right spot.

So from what I know, and experienced. There is no reason to have Ultimate Backup, STP, Traffic Policer, and Smart Radio. 1. Smart Radio is outdated, even says it on the download page that only works with older versions of GTAV and I'm assuming LSPDFR. The last update for it was in 2019. In fact its been 2 years since its last update. So I'd start with removing that. 2. Traffic Policer is also out of date by almost 2 years, we're a month shy of that. Last update for it was in June, 2019. You shouldn't be even using those mods when you have Stop The Ped, and Ultimate Backup. Remove TP, and SR. Get back to me with if the game is still crashing. Also, I seen you called on the Coroner Van and there was no model to be found for it, that can also cause a crash. Make sure to check the .ini files and see if its set up to call on the right model, or if the model you're using is corrupt. Lastly, doing the above should solve your issues. However, if it doesn't post a new RPH Log after you've done the above, and I'll take a look again and see if its something else, but from what I know, and again have experienced, Its due to you having x2 outdated mods, by 2 years that are no longer updated nor supported, and you have a corrupt model of some sort for the Coroner Van. I just downloaded ZModeler 2.2.6 but everytime I open it up I keep getting a side-by-side cofiguration is wrong or something of that then it tells me to use command-line sxstrace.exe or application event log. I've looked it up as well downloaded everything that it says to DL and still no results of it getting better..If anyone has an idea on what's going on please leave me some feedback! I'd say go to your visual.dat settings and look at car.emmisive.lights default or what ever it is and tone it down a notch. Personally that's exactly what it looks like when I crank mine all the way to like 150 lol. If you need any help PM me.

Hey howdy hey there folks I was just wondering because I saw a post earlier about ENB's and If the GPU could handle it. I was wondering if mine could? Now in my opinion I don't have a good GPU, but its all I could do for now being on a low budget and such you know how the story goes. Anyways I was wondering if mine could run an ENB at all. It could be with modded cars, peds, anything that you can mod that's in the game. I'd go open Spark IV or Open IV and take a look at your MB for your .img files. Also try lowering some settings down a little bit. edit: by .img i'm talking mostly Vehicles.img. That's where it all started for me I had to many modded cars in the game and it couldn't handle it. I'd definitely consider getting a back up Vehicles.img, and starting all over using the regular game cars, and see if anything happens. That's because GTA IV likes to have its moments on certain days. e.g. I'll be playing today perfectly normal solid 45 fps no crashes nothing absolutely perfect. Tomorrow I'll most likely get a solid 10fps with a crash every 2.2 seconds. That's just GTA IV for yah
