How will I know if its unlocked? sorry for asking

I know this is wicked stupid, and usually I wouldn't ask nor download a hyper car as a police car for LCPDFR or anything for that matter but I decided to just let loose a little bit, and I did do research before this and I could only find one for ELS V6 or something like that. I was wondering if anyone could design one of these bad boys unmarked for me. If so please feel free to email me or send me a message on here as I do check this website daily. Yeah I was mind blown they pulled him over took a second or so before they got out of the vehicle I stopped in front just in case and they immediately asked him to step out of the vehicle and arrested on the spot lol

Okay so I really just need to say the fact that I was patrolling around and I saw AI Cops doing a traffic stop. Mind=Blown, and I'm overall just pumped this update happened. Loving everything thank you guys :) I'd write more, but I think Liberty City needs me! AWAAAAAAAAAAAY

I've downloaded and got to experience and i've gotta say what a WONDERFUL release I like everything so far and guess what!? NO RANDOM CRASHES well for me at least! Howdy fellow Officers! So lets get right to it. I'll be cruising around in my CVPI and I'll pick up a call within the same second that call comes to me I crash, or when I press ctrl+m to change my light pattern I'll crash then too. I've played this one a 1.33 ghz computer and worked fine. NOW I got a beautiful gaming PC 3.88 ghz turboed when needed but I've never experienced this before. I know this isn't much information to give, but I'm sure other people have had the same problem. If there is anything else I need to download please let me know.
