Nope, that is totally wrong. That is just exporting all the lods except the highest (L0). Op's question is how people make models with lots of lights and equipment and at the same time, the models aren't really high poly.
And, so you know, the proper way to export a model is:

that may or may not work,better way is to change the tint value in the vehicles.meta
in the vehicles.meta find the line that says diffusetint (for that vehicle) and replace the value with this

I've always had a love for natural resources, camping, boating and fishing ever since I was young. Since USFS had the most references available I selected that first. In the future I'm planning on doing US Fish and Wildlife, Bureau of Land Management, and National Parks Service. With that being said I'm starting my project off with a bang. I have almost completed the Turtle Tracks Ballistic Vest (Pictures Below). My good friend Zoebert modeled the vest for me, I finished it off with some textures, materials and a good old rigging job. The vest it's self is 4k tris, I am planning on reducing that by deleting some of the interior that won't be seen. I will do LOD's as well once I get L0 to it's final stage.
I'd like to thank @RangerRick for his help with references and speaking with me about LEO careers, @OfficerFive0 for references, @Cj24 for his help with a texture compression problem I was having, @AgentDZN, @Maplee, Prod, and @INSAN1TY for keeping me motivated and providing me with vehicles to texture for this project, @Joshua Tanner for his guidance on EUP development as well as badges I will use for future Updates. (If I've left anyone out let me know)
I'm absolutely open to suggestions, comments, criticism, and assistance.

It's edgeing closer and closer to being released guys. I know alot of can't wait to patorl in her ubt your going to have to wait a little while longer.

Hey all, just thought I would update everyone with how this is going. Good news is I'm back to working on it and I hope to have it out in a month or two (don't hold me to it).
The main model is 95% done all I have left one the main lod is the some work on the colum shifter, the sidesteps, L2, L3.
Massive thanks to my buddy (you know who you are) that helped alot with the work on the L1 making sure it didn't sit on my hard drive for 6 mouths without anything being done.

I was pretty toxic back in the day, and I took a long time away from the community. A lot in my life has changed since I've been gone, and it feels like so much has changed about this community since I've been gone! So that's why I practically feel like I'm new.
If you don't know me, I am RoegonTV, I've been known by many names, but I'm not going to derail with that. I've always loved videogames, and whether I wanted to admit it or not, my heart has always been with GTA.
I dabble in 3-D Modeling, and you can find all of the things I've released on the site! Just today I got 3DS and Zmod set back up, and I plan to rework some of my old equipment into better, higher quality versions for release. I plan to mainly focus on equipment releases, but I'm sure the temptation of vehicle releases will get to me! I did however, stupidly, lose my "Mods" folders as many modders call it. So I'll be starting from scratch other than the things I've publicly released. I came into this mod 5 years ago, and it definitely felt like the community was more helpful and certainly was more active (at least it certainly felt that way).
I feel like this brings up more questions on how you guys want to approach Patreon.
Do you guys really feel like there is a need that FR needs a patreon? Is there something that regular donations/website ads are aren't doing that you want them to do?
Do you guys have goals/tiers in mind? How much will they be?
Do you guys feel (with such a small dev group) that you can act on those goals? Or will they get pushed aside?

There have been many, many mod makers who have complained and requested a legitimate review or comment be removed for the simple fact that they didn't like it, or didn't like that it wasn't a 5 star review. In certain situations where someone is being toxic and/or a bully, I completely understand your frustration, however that is what moderators are for - that is why every post, every review, every comment etc has a "report" button. If it is inappropriate, specifically if it involves bullying or harassment, it will 100% be dealt with by staff.

Last screen is using the legacy as a placeholder.
