--GTA V Default Lighting Car Info--
I took the liberty of going through each vehicle and looking at what it takes to actually 
make the default lights work on each car. It took a while to do and I figured it would make 
it easier for you guys to actually make GTA V police cars.
-This has no example models in it, and are the steps that i use every time i set up lights on a
new vehicle.

-Not all of the vehicles that are in GTA are done, some like the policeb have the most stupid
steps i've ever seen, so some of them are possibly incomplete.
-This is not a conversion guide, simply a lighting guide.
-Please dont message me on how to do the lighting. I have included the entire list of steps.

Seattle Police Department CVPI Mini Pack 1.0:
Patrol Unit 31609:
The car features an almost entirely accurate setup to the real life unit 31609 of the West Precinct of SPD. Features extra spawning rifles in the gun rack, and handcuffs on the spotlight.
Slicktop Unit 89197:
This unit can range from a slicktop unit, to a DUI Squad vehicle, to an unmarked unit. Slicktop variant is based off of Unit 89197 of the East Precinct.

I plan on creating a full pack for seattle police department, so expect that sometime in the future :P
 
Addressing the LOD problem:
Some users seem to be seeing disappearing parts at short distances, while I am not experiencing this issue myself, I plan on updating the file with increased LOD distances on all parts. A way to cope with this issue until the file is updated is increasing the LOD high distance in your visualsettings.
 
Please do not message me with generic problems like the following:
1. my lights aren't bright!!1!11 XD LOLZ A. install radiance or edit your visualsettings bud 2. HOW DO I INSTALL IT? A. readthereadme.txt 3. HOW DOES YOUR GAME LOOK BETTER THAN MINE!!//?!?1?/ A. I use Project Reload with custom edited timecycles, it's quite simple to install and looks nice, try it out! 4. There are no wig wags? A. I use the emergency strobes plugin, it's nice.

I have never been truly satisfied with Crown Victoria modifications for Grand Theft Auto IV and V, so I set out to make a new standard in the modding community.
I present to you, the "new" 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor! A highly accurate and fully functional representation of the car for GTA V!... And it is an open development resource!
Most development resources of the CVPI for GTA IV, GTA V, etc, are pretty good; however, they are very inconsistent with one another. Whether it be how the lights look, the model quality, the textures, or how the model functions.
This model takes the best from CVPI models, along with brand new components I have worked on, and puts them all into one! - Forming a near photorealistic 2011 CVPI for your use.

Things to know

If you use this resource, please credit those mentioned in the credits, as well as Murphy. When looking backwards, the camera looks through the headrests. Gauges are inaccurately calibrated. This cannot be fixed in the GTA V game engine yet. Rear door cards are not 100% accurate. The upper portion is slightly off. Engine model is not 100% accurate. - May be improved in a future update. This is the initial release of a Los Santos Sheriff skin that I had been working on for a while. I hope to add more vehicles to this in the future, so please be patient! Here is a other Part for the Friends of Adam 12 my original Adam 12 Handheld Rubberized SpotLight. Its look real wit the Textures and is a good quality Model and have complete 1648 Polys. I know my Mods are not lowpoly but i dont like Mods with only lowpoly Models and with 4K Textures. I love 3D and detailed model but i dont love to high poly Models too. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.

This is the Federal Signal Beacon Ray Model 17. Its a good quality Model and have complete with Rotator 3142 Polys. You can reduce the Polycount when you use a other or the original Rotator from the GTA Games (GTA 4 and 5). In the Archive is a seperate Folder with the Texture of Blue Glas. The standard Color of the Glas is Red. The File in the Archive are in .obj Format so that it can import to Zmod and 3ds Max.
