with my gta 4 folders i just copied pasted them and the created a shortcut for the launcher and it works fine

yea well still works. plus it was low poly and my cvpi wrap wouldn't work with extra 10 -
i may i finished this a while ago but never released it till now if i can find my files ill fix it.

or remove 2 of the helmets from the swat ped (if u want i can) -
not sure about the network check but i know that eflc would crash/ take a long time to load. do you have the same problem when u do it in regular gta 4?
