Check to make sure your RAM sticks are identical or at least the same speed. Sometimes, if they are different speeds, your motherboard will only use the fastest one. So maybe one of your 3GB sticks is a faster clock speed than your other one and your motherboard is only using that stick.

IMO it could be working this way:
 
1. Check if a ped is in pursuit and in a vehicle.
2. Check if ped's vehicle has been damaged by yours.
3. Check if speed >= x [m/s].
4. Check if vehicle.Heading changed more than eg. 100 deg in <= y [miliseconds] + his speed was below 0 (relatively to the center of mass).
 
Eg.: a ped is driving 33 m/s, you hit it and it turns around by 180 deg and roll backwards -> his engine is turned off/vehicle.health set to some low value.
 
Note it's just a concept.
 

Yes,18+, i agree with what you said on the other post, its a lot of bad influences, but if those kids want to have sex, at least do it protected...

its a Society Problem We Have things like the C-String coming out for Beach Wear '> And We Wonder why so many People are Banging...  
 
we have teens listening to Songs like this all the time,

, we have teens listening to songs about Getting Caught cheating by Pocket Calling your Wife while banging some broad and Blaming it on the Smart Phone rather than his Lack of Loyalty (Great example for the Kiddo's)
 
and we Have TV Shows Glorifying Teen Pregnancy and Going out, Partying all the time (i.e. Teen Moms, 18 and Pregnant, Jersey Shore, etc)
and why the hell would People turn back now.. TV Companies like MTV are making tons of Cash off these Kids with No Interest in how these Kids are gonna end up with these Influences in their head, We Have Clothing Companies trying to Make the Slutiest Clothes Possible because they know its what the Teen Females will want to buy (Again with No Interest with the Issues of Teen Pregnancy)  (And Please don't quote me trying to tell me its meant for Adults, the Companies Don't Care How old the Person is who's Buying it. Just as long as they make money) and we have a Society among the Kids where its Bad to be Smart and Good to be a Little Prick Hell Raiser who Doesn't know anything More than Making Babies, Drinking, Doing Drugs, Money, and a 5th Grade Vocabulary
 
If you want to Blame it on Anything Blame it On Everyone.. Blame it on the CEO's for not Caring about the Customer and Only the Money, Blame it on the Parents that let the TV and the Internet Raise their Kids.. And Blame the School Systems for Not Supporting a Healthy Environment that Encourages Kids to be Smart, And Not Putting their Actions where their Mouths are with Bullying 
 
Because all of these Issues with the Kids go Hand and Hand

If this is the case than I fail to see how your argument makes sense. They believe in it but they don't practice it? So Christians and Jews believe they should kill all the non-believes, but only the Jews will do it because they happen to "follow" this section of the collection of desert scribbles?

 
I'd hardly call it courageous. I'm an atheist. I'm not partial to any one religion or another. I mean no disrespect, but I think any sort of belief in a god or some higher power is ridiculous. I think the notion that we take Greek, Roman, and other forgone religions as myth, but hold contemporary ones as if they're any different is just plain denial. Religion has been used an excuse or driving force being innumerable atrocities throughout history.  

Lets all just take a moment and clap a little for our friend here. He is doing so good for himself. He owns a car, It's so awesome, he also owns a house, I can hardly believe it. He has a wife and kids,..... awesome. He doesn't worry about money, and never stresses about anything. Oh, his health is in "tip top" shape. I think we should all just take a minute out of our lives, a minute to just marvel at this magnificent person we have boasting about his life over the internet. I can hardly believe you've done so good for yourself, In fact, I'm gonna personally extend my congratulations for achieving this great dream we all have, but only YOU have achieved. Congratulations.

I was not saying that to those people that are JUST islams, i was refering to extremists that always take it too far, each one of us has The right to believe in whatever we want, but we also have to respect other people beliefs, so, said that, we cannot just kill inocents because "my religion is right yours isn't"

Me and several people already provided you with a few arguments. But I'll repeat it a last time. There's a difference between a BELIEVER, and a FANATIC. There's a difference between someone practicing their religion peacefully (99% OF THE WORLD) and a bunch of crazy EXTREMISTS using religion as an excuse to watch the world burn.

If you are part of the people mixing both without making a difference, then I'm afraid I and the others can't do really much for you.

A highly generalized statement describing the tiny minority of people who call themselves Muslims. Just because a few people who call themselves followers of Islam give us a bad reputation, doesn't mean we all are like that.
 
Furthermore, it's not just people who call themselves Muslims who are a "bunch of fucked up people with stupid beliefs." There are Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Catholics, you name it and there will be some people with crazy views.
 
Also, yes... I am a Muslim. And no, I'm not a terrorist, nor do I support terrorists. I think terrorists - regardless of religion - don't deserve to call themselves part of any religion. Just another thing, I don't think I'm an expert on Islam, terrorism or politics. These are just my views, if you disagree with me, sobeit. I'm entitled to my opinion and you're entitled to yours.

Though what percentage of Christians and Jews run amok beheading, murdering, raping, torturing, innocent people? What percentage of Christians and Jews crash planes into towers and kill 3,000 people? What percentage of Christians and Jews blow up a car and kill 20 school children? What percentage of Christians and Jews steal 200 Nigerian school girls and sell them off into human trafficking?
 
As I've already stated several times before in a separate topic, the Qu'ran strictly tells Muslims to KILL ANYONE THAT GOES AGAINST THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM. Christianity does NOT order Christians to kill those who go against it. This is the problem I have with Islam, and so does the majority of the developed world. Interpretation is irrelevant when compared to whats LITERALLY written in the book itself! Christians are supposed to spread the word of Christ, and accept those who reject it. Islam tells it's followers to TERRORIZE and MURDER those who go against it. This is the difference in Islam and Christianity.
 
It's amazing how regardless the number of times I throw this argument out there, nobody ever has a defense against it. They continue with the same "Not all of them are terrorists" argument which has no value after a certain point. Nobody has yet to correctly address me when I state that the Qu'ran COMMANDS Muslims to murder and terrorize.
