    𝙎𝙈𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙄𝙈𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙏 𝙐𝙋𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀
    A crash has been reported by some users on GTA V Legacy build 1.0.3788.0, mainly when loading into the world with newer ScriptHookVDotNet nightly builds.
    The reports are pointing to the same SHVDN siren detection path:
    SHVDN.NativeMemory+Vehicle.HasSiren
    Because Real Traffic AI checks nearby vehicles for emergency siren behaviour, this can trigger the unstable SHVDN call path on affected setups.
    To keep things stable, the next Real Traffic AI update will disable this siren-checking path instead of relying on constantly changing SHVDN memory updates.
    A hotfix will be released this weekend.
    This may temporarily reduce emergency vehicle yielding behaviour, but the main Real Traffic AI systems will remain active.
    Stability comes first. 🚦

    Real Traffic AI V2.0 is a major civilian traffic behaviour enhancement for GTA V, rebuilt to make the world feel smoother, calmer, more believable, and far more immersive during everyday driving, patrol, pursuits, emergency response, and free roam.
    This version is not just a small update.
    V2.0 is a full rewrite of Real Traffic AI.
    The entire project has been rebuilt with a cleaner internal structure, improved traffic logic, safer update handling, better performance control, stronger stability protection, and a much more believable driving flow across Los Santos and Blaine County.
    The goal remains simple:
    Make GTA V traffic feel less chaotic, less robotic, less brake-happy, and more like a living world.

    Real Traffic AI V2.0 introduces a completely rebuilt traffic behaviour system designed around smoother movement, safer AI decision-making, better road awareness, and improved compatibility with LSPDFR-style gameplay.
    This update focuses on making civilian traffic feel more natural without turning the game into chaos.

    Real Traffic AI V2.0 focuses on improving how normal civilian drivers behave in everyday traffic.
    NPC drivers now feel more composed when moving through traffic, approaching queues, following other vehicles, reacting to hazards, and dealing with changing road conditions.
    Instead of constantly slamming brakes, surging forward, or reacting too aggressively, traffic now behaves with more patience, smoother movement, and better spacing.
    This creates a calmer and more believable driving experience whether you are:
    Patrolling with LSPDFR
    Driving normally across the city
    Responding to incidents
    Moving through heavy traffic
    Driving on highways
    Watching AI traffic around emergency scenes

    One of the biggest goals of V2.0 was to reduce the weird stop-start behaviour that GTA V traffic can suffer from.
    Real Traffic AI V2.0 improves:

    Civilian traffic can now respond more believably to nearby emergency vehicles with active sirens, including safer yielding and pull-over behaviour where appropriate.
    This system has been tuned to feel more natural without forcing traffic into constant panic or creating unnecessary crashes around emergency scenes.
    Emergency yielding is designed to support LSPDFR-style gameplay by helping traffic react more realistically when police, fire, or EMS vehicles need room to move.

    Install Real Traffic AI V2.0 into your GTA V scripts folder.
    Basic install steps:
    Make sure ScriptHookV is installed.

    Place the Real Traffic AI files into your GTA V scripts folder.
    Launch GTA V.
    The mod will create or use its INI configuration file.
    Adjust settings if needed.

    If you are running a heavily modded LSPDFR setup, it is recommended to start with the default settings first before making major changes.

    Avoid using multiple mods that aggressively control the exact same civilian traffic behaviour
    Test with default Real Traffic AI settings first
    Keep ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet updated
    Use stable versions of LSPDFR and related plugins
    Check your log file if something behaves unexpectedly

    Emergency scenes with many vehicles
    Script-heavy LSPDFR setups

    LS Roads Enhanced
     
    LS Roads Enhanced is a mod that aims to enhances how public spaces feel within the game. This mod focuses on roads and adding more signs and traffic control devices and public spaces such as parks and sidewalks to better encourage walking around withing the game and exploring new places.
     
    This first release focuses heavily on Del Perro and Vinewood further releases will provide more detail for the rest of the city. BIG PLANS FOR 2026!

    Install for Five M:
     
    1: Drag and drop laroadsenhanced folder into your reascources folder

    Install for Single Player:
     
    1. In OpenIV make sure you enable edit mode and navigate to mods/update/X64/dlcpacks
     
    2. Open the [Singleplayer DLC] folder and drag and drop the "lsre" folder into into the dlcpacks within OpenIV
     
    3. Navigate within OpenIV to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
     
    4. Right click on dlclist.xml and click edit (edit will only show when in edit mode) 
     
    5. Add the following line to dlclist.xml

    Near future plans for LSRE is to focus on Del Perro area and to move onto the other parts of the inner city!

    Blaine County Roads Enhanced is in development, progress is coming along very well, though hitting a few problems I am aiming for a full release of Blaine County Roads Enhanced. This will most likely be a separate file as I would like to keep LSRE and BCRE separate, however both mods will be recommended to have when using one of them! Included in this will be an extended median barrier from Route 13 (where is ends now) to Paleto Bay, LMK if you guys would like this a separate dlc!

    EmsPlus is curretnly in Alpha. Many features are missing/incomplete!
     
    EmsPlus lets you work as an EMT or Paramedic (depending on your preference) but unlike other projects this one aims to not only make you click buttons but to be interactive.
    I want to make EmsPlus as realistic and close to real life as possible. I myself am an EMT at the German Red Cross which is why many procedures / products will be based on my knowledge and equipment.

Arora instantly reaches into the game's memory, pulls the exact model DNA, and cross-references it with a real-world dictionary. It won't just tell you it's police3; it’ll tell you it’s a Ford Police Interceptor Sedan.
    The Target Lock Injector
    Conceptual Render: The Target Lock Injector rewriting game logic in real-time.
    This is the heart of the Mod. When you’re sitting in a vehicle you love, hit [N]. Arora opens a context-aware "Target Lock" menu. With a couple of clicks, you can force that car into your game's logical structure:
    Agencies: Add it to the LSPD, Sheriff, or any custom EUP agency fleet.
    Duty Selection: Automatically format and inject it into your duty_selection.xml so it's waiting for you in the garage.
    Regional Backup: Send it to Ultimate Backup or Policing Redefined sectors. Arora intelligently tags every file with [UB] or [PR] so you always know exactly which mod you’re modifying.
    The Obsidian Master Suite
    Conceptual Render: The Master Configuration Suite in its OLED Void aesthetic.
    The [F5] menu is your central hub, forged in a deep OLED Void aesthetic. It’s a full holographic database where you can:
    Browse the Fleet: See every car assigned to every precinct and region in your game.
    Live Spawner: Don't just look at a name on a list—highlight any car in your XML and press [ENTER]. Arora will manifest it in the world instantly so you can see it in action.
    The Nuclear Stress Test
    Think of this as the "Big Red Button" for developers. Press [J], and Arora grabs a high-performance prototype and injects it into every single configuration file you own simultaneously. It’s the ultimate way to verify that your backup regions and duty menus are reading your files correctly.
    Built-In Tactical Safety
    We’re obsessed with game stability. Arora works with a "Zero-Failure" protocol so you don't have to worry about breaking your game:
    The Auto-Rebalancer: Forget the calculator. When you add a car, Arora automatically recalculates the chance percentages for every vehicle in that node so they perfectly sum to 100%.
    Dup-Guard: It scans for duplicates before every injection. If the car is already there, Arora blocks the command and tells you. No bloat, no errors.
    Chronos Backups: Every time Arora touches a file, it creates a timestamped .bak copy in your Plugins/AroraBackups folder. If you ever change your mind, your original data is just one click away.
    HOW TO USE PROJECT ARORA
    PHASE 1: THE NEURAL SCANNER
    Hop into any vehicle (police or civilian).
    Press [L] while sitting in the driver's seat.
    Result: Arora reaches into the game’s memory and pops up a notification. It won't just say police3; it’ll tell you the Real-World Name (e.g., Ford Police Interceptor Sedan).
    Use this to double-check spawn names before you accidentally inject a car you didn't want.
    PHASE 2: THE QUICK INJECTOR
    Park the car you want to add to your game.
    Press [N] to open the context-aware Injector Menu.
    Select Your Target:
    Agencies: Choose an agency (LSPD, BCSO, etc.). Arora will automatically add the car to their patrol fleet.
    Duty Selection: Want the car to show up in the police garage? Select the duty roster, and Arora will auto-generate the names and descriptions for you.
    Regional Backup: Send the car to Ultimate Backup or Policing Redefined. Look for the [UB] or [PR] tags next to the file names so you know exactly which mod you’re editing.
    Result: The XML is rewritten instantly. Arora handles the math, the formatting, and the saving.
    PHASE 3: THE COMMAND DECK
    Press [F5] to open the Master Suite (even if you're on foot).
    Browse Your Agencies: You can scroll through every XML file in your folder.
    Holographic Spawner: * Find a car in your agency list.
    Press [ENTER].
    Result: Arora manifests the car right in front of you. This is the fastest way to test if a new vehicle model is working or if it's going to crash your game.
    Manual Entry: Don't have the car nearby? Use the "Manual Injection" tool to type in a model name and force it into any file.
    PHASE 4: THE NUCLEAR OPTION (Don't do this unless you are testing the plugin)
    For the developers
    Press [J] to initiate the Nuclear Stress Test.
    The Chaos: Arora grabs a random high-performance vehicle and injects it into every single XML file you have.
    The Purpose: This is used to verify that your system is reading all your folders correctly. If the "Test Car" shows up in every backup menu and every garage, your setup is 100% healthy.
    SAFETY PROTOCOLS: THE FAIL-SAFES
    Don't worry about breaking things. Arora is babysitting the code.
    Auto-Rebalancing: Every time you add a car, Arora recalculates the chance percentages. You’ll always have a perfect 100% spawn rate across your fleet.
    Dup-Guard: If you try to add a car that’s already in that file, Arora will block the command and tell you. No duplicate spam.
    Chronos Backups: Check your Plugins/AroraBackups folder. Every single time you hit "Inject," Arora saves a copy of the original file. If you ever change your mind, your old data is right there.

    1: (Hash error) When you try to auto inject a car using the N key u get a hash something like this 0x6EF89CCC when you auto inject that car into anything it will write that hash code instead of the model of the car I have fixed that now if the engine don't know the car model name it will ask for the model name once u enter that model name it will be saved in the plugin and if you inject that car model again it won't ask for it again
    Nerd shit: y is this happing well because the code is written in C# so it can't access the low-level code of GTA 5 engine which makes it harder to get addon cars model name.

    2: Ultimate Backup "Duplicate Zone" Fix: Fixed an issue were injecting a car into a CustomRegion created a duplicate folder. The XML targeted now checks for the label="..." attribute alongside name="...".

    3: Ultimate Backup "Vehicle Set" Formatting Fix: Stopped the parser from forcing <Special Unit> nodes to use <Vehicle Set>. It now opportunistically writes <Vehicles> or <Peds> directly, matching UB's strict standards.

    4: Agency XML Pathing Correction: Fixed a bug where custom divisions appeared in the Car menu but vanished in the Outfit menu due to a missing <Loadouts> wrapper.

    5: Native UI Array Crash Fix: Deleting the final vehicle in a fleet no longer causes the menu to crash out of bounds. It now safely forces the sub-menu to close and rebuilds the panel.

    6: Ultimate Backup vs. Policing Redefined Syntax Fix: Fixed a major issue where Arora was injecting UB tags into PR files. The engine now uses an intelligent deep scan to dynamically adapt to the file type.

    7: Double Script Name Prompt Fixed: Resolved a bug in the Agency menu that caused the UI to prompt the user for the outfit "Script Name" twice.

    8:"No Vehicle Found" Outfit Glitch Fixed: The safety gate no longer blocks outfit injections if the player is on foot.

    In-Game Division Builder: Added the ability to construct entirely new Agency Divisions (Loadouts) directly from the UI. By clicking the new [+] Create New Division button, users can instantly generate custom divisions (e.g., "K9 Unit", "Air Support") in their agency.xml and immediately begin injecting vehicles and peds into them without ever opening a text editor.

    Replacing & Overwriting Existing Variations
    Perfect for updating outdated uniforms or fixing an outfit that is missing a badge or radio.
    If you realize an existing EUP outfit has the wrong tie or an outdated badge, you no longer have to dig through thousands of lines of XML to find the exact <Component id="8"> to fix it.
    How it works:
    Fix your Ped: Spawn the outfit you want to fix, use a trainer to correct the clothing pieces, and stand ready.
    Navigate to the Replacer: In the F6 menu, click [+] Replace Variation in [Outfit Name].
    Target Lock: Arora dynamically lists every single variation currently saved inside that outfit (e.g., > Overwrite: Standard (M), > Overwrite: Winter (F)).
    Smart Renaming Engine: When you select a variation to overwrite, Arora doesn't just blindly delete it. It prompts you with the existing Name and ScriptName. You can either type a new name, or simply leave the prompt BLANK to keep the original names.
    The Eraser: Arora safely strips out the old <Components> and <Props> from that exact XML node and injects your fresh, updated live clothing data in its place.

    The Step-by-Step Process:
    Dress for the Job: Use a trainer or EUP menu to put your player character in the exact uniform you want the AI to wear.
    Open the F6 Router: Navigate to either » Agency Peds (for standard LSPDFR dispatch) or » Ultimate Backup / Policing Redefined Regions.
    Select Your Target: Arora dynamically lists every active Agency and Division (e.g., LSPD > SWAT Team) or Map Zone (e.g., Los Santos City).
    Click [ADD PED]: Arora will prepare the injection.

    (THIS WHOLE IS STEP 5)
    1. The Formula: [Outfit_Script_Name].[Variation_Script_Name]
    An EUP ScriptName is always composed of two parts, separated by a single period (.).
    Part 1 (The Outfit): The broad category of the uniform (e.g., lspd_cop, bcso_deputy).
    Part 2 (The Variation): The specific look or season (e.g., m_base, f_winter, m_class_a).
    Perfect Examples:
    lspd_cop.m_base (Standard male LSPD officer)
    bcso_deputy.f_winter (Female Blaine County deputy in winter gear)
    sasp_pilot.m_helmet (Male pilot with a flight helmet)
    2. How to know what to type
    You cannot guess the ScriptName; you must type exactly what is saved in your EUP XML files.
    If you created the outfit using Arora OS: Think back to the prompts Arora gave you when you hit [+] Create NEW Outfit. You were asked for an Outfit ScriptName and a Variation ScriptName. Simply combine those two answers with a period.
    If you are using pre-installed EUP: Open your lspdfr/data/custom/outfits.xml file. Look for the <Outfit> you want, find its <ScriptName>, and then find the <ScriptName> of the <Variation> nested inside it.
    3. What happens if you leave it BLANK?
    Arora OS features a highly intelligent dual-engine. You do not have to type a ScriptName if you aren't using EUP!
    If you leave the prompt entirely empty and hit Enter, Arora activates Vanilla Mode. Instead of linking to an EUP file, the engine will instantly scan the physical clothing currently on your live player character (extracting all 12 component IDs and textures) and hardcode those exact numbers into the XML for a standard GTA V ped model (like s_m_y_cop_01).
    The Golden Rule: * Wearing a custom EUP multiplayer character? Type the exact ScriptName format.

    Hi and welcome to this Map Enhancement of the Fire Station at L.I.A. I created this as i felt that the current fire station looked rather dull and
    lifeless. The map includes a selection of fire tendors and support vehicles all awaiting the next call.
    Paramedic and Ambulance units are positioned on the right side as you approach the station and as you continue you will pass the main fire station area
    with a variety fire engines and supporting units. Further along is a maintainence area where you will notice a little activity taking place on one of the
    tendors.
    A Haz-Chem/Urgent Response team with a fleet of high vis units are positioned at the rear.
    Lighting, barriers, fencing and equipment props have all been added to add to the experience. A small selection of police vehicles have also been added
    to the police station carpark.   Please note that this map requires the use of Map Editor by Guadmaz that can be downloaded here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor.
    Be sure to follow all requirements and instructions within the readme's, as do so if you choose to download the cars that I have used.   This is my first ever created map, so its not spot-on, but I think it adds that lil bit more than what we had before.

    This Mod is a must if you patrol the County! This adds so many things to make Sandy Shores alive and more enjoyable to patrol!
     
    Vanilla GTA is a little boring when it comes to Joshua Road so I have fixed that. Now Joshua Road has houses and apartments and so much more to explore! All props function the way they are suppose to meaning that the gas pumps and tanks at the gas station explode when you shoot or crash into them, lights fall over and spark when knocked into, pipes under the fire hydrates release water when toppled over , signs and other props like chairs, mail boxes, fences, garbage bins etc. have proper collisions and act the way they are suppose to. People will spawn in their back and front yards sitting on chairs enjoying a cold beverage. The food trucks and food stands have people cooking and people enjoying a nice meal.

    AddonCar - Based on Rockstar's POLICE2 it shows how to add a car as an addon car, i.e. using POLICE2 also in POLICE6
    Badge - Adds a new prop named prop_lspd_badge to the game. Based on Sam's Badge.
    PedComponents - With the newly added support for ped components, I have included an example on how to add another shirt (jbib) to the female multiplayer model. Once loaded, index 325 will have a black casino vest (the vest itself makes your upper arms disappear, this is just the model). It also shows to adjust the hairstyle on selection of the component.
    Shield - Based on Sniper's Shield this showcases how to re-use a ydr for multiple different textures.
    VehiclesMetaChange - Shows how to replace a single xml file entry, in this case changing the handling for NINEF to AMBULANCE.

    The general idea of Lenny's Mod Loader is to provide an easy way to install file modifications. This is achieved in two different ways depending on whether existing resources in the game are to be 'replaced' or if new resources are added to the game as 'addons'. To replace resources, the game file system can be modified on a per-file basis allowing you to quickly change the content of files without touching any RPFs. To add new resources, the new content can be loaded from disk directly into the game, again without the need for any RPF changes. Goodbye to patchday17 and dlclist.xml. Certain mods, such as vehicles, can even be loaded at runtime, making choosing your new favorite ride a breeze.

    this is a stock police 4  model what is in gta5 and i have remodelled it with a dash light, a light bar in the grill, a red and a blue light in the front bumper fog lights, rear passenger door lights, a red and a blue flashing reverse light, and also a second rear view mirror, and i have moved the rear lights down onto the bottom of the rear windscreen, all what i have done are in the images.

    Current Version: 0.8.6
     
    In EMS Mod, you can choose between three kind of duty:
    1) Paramedic-> get on your ambo and go to save lives in Los Santos City!
    2) Medic-> you'll be called by Central in order to give first aid to patients. Decide later if you want to call for the EMS backup (it is mandatory if you start CPR!) or release the patient on scene!
    3) Helicopter-> start your duty in one of the two main heliports of LS!
     
    Callouts:
    -Cardiac Arrest: reach asap the patient and treat him if you want to save his life!
    -Unconscious person: a person has suddenly lost his consciousness. Medical treatment is needed as soon as possible!
    -Vehicle accident: unfortunately somebody had a serious vehicle accident and he's waiting for your arrival!
    -Trauma: treat an injured person and carry him/her to the hospital!
    -Person shot: somebody was shot, rush to the scene, but wait for the police before
    approaching the patient! Or, if you're bold enough, go and risk!
    -Person with fever: Central reported a vomiting person with fever. Is it a severe infectious disease? Be careful!
    -Transport: you only have to transport a person because him/her cannot go lonely to the hospital.
    -Person hit by a car: somebody was hit by a car and now needs your assistance!
    -Overdose/alcohol-induced coma: rush to the scene and check the vitals of someone who is in coma!
    -drunk person: check this person’s health and then transport him to the hospital.
     
    Don't worry, I'm planning to add in the next future more callouts and features!

    Hello guys, This version of the model was far over due but without further adieu I finally converted The pierce to Non ELS. There have been some small changes that Ive done to it as well. I added some scene lights to the model which can be activated by turning on the high beams. I have change the doors on the side of the model to 3d doors which are hard to see. I also updated the template so every template will have to be changed to the new template. I also dont know much about meta files so you will have to do some editing on your part if you want it to work properly. You will have to change your siren settings to one for it to work. I do apologize for any inconveniences so I hope you guys enjoy this especially you 5 Reborn guys.
