I currently use Mod Manager, would this be the same process for me, once ive put the updated RAGEPluginHook in the main GTA folder (modded one)?

I think it would be great to see a fully operational Mounted Section with fully working horses as well as K-9 units allowing various dogs for different roles ie, german shephard's in quick response units, spaniel types doing sniff outs and poodles assisting with air support! well maybe not the last bit. An off-road Motorcycle Wing/Unit would also be a good idea for the future, using possible 'Crosser' style bikes around rough deserty ground.The list is just endless, lets hope the countdown isn't! Gossip Galore claim to have witness accounts verifying, although it appears to resemble that of a countdown the pure truth is it may be a hoax. Chiefs of Science, Heads of Biology, Masterminds of all, even Clan destines have been seen investigating this latest world mystery. Religious groups have also been feeling the heat! A local religious teacher from a hidden tiny place in a world so far away claims "those who see - will be chosen". Now think of that what you will, preferably in a quiet place and on your lonesome, however on the website 'inter-under-stand-up-down' it was noted that users almost came to death over arguments stemmed from this post: " ITS A HOAX! I'm telling you wake up people, I can prove it coz I live in the South. Its staring you in the face, you gotta see it man". The over-aged jokester goes on to conclude: "When all these guys put pics up of LCPDFR wi a Countdown across the top, well that's it, none of the pics show me a countdown. Yah I see digits, but non of em movin, they're all static, Not any of em countin down to me - not in these pics anyway".
