  1. Yes; a Fugitive is planned for the Sheriff pack.
  2. You could use those as Sheriff vehicles; but we do have a full Sheriff fleet in the works, so we'll probably also have a "SheriffOld", or older Sheriff vehicle as well in that style. Sneak pic from my gallery:
  3. NefariousBonne posted a gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  4. We're currently in the process of updating and getting everything sorted for the latest patch.
  5. Cop dialogue can be found here: x64\audio\sfx\S_FULL_SER.rpf; "Let's tighten the NOOSE" is from S_M_Y_Swat_01_white_full_03, it's name is 0x0D340E2A.
  6. While in my 1000+ hours of GTA V I've never heard any of the player specific dialogue; perhaps that's just bad luck, because I'm very particular about such details, I'd notice. As for the other thing you said the "Let's tighten the NOOSE" is quite common, and I'm kind of surprised you only just heard it in your 900 hours of GTA; perhaps you don't play with the SWAT operatives often? All of the cops have what I refer to as 'charge' dialogue; you've probably heard the cops and deputies yelling at each other, something along the lines of: "READY" "Oh; I'm ready" "Open fire, fire, fire!" or "Everyone ready? Better be!" "Yep" "Shoot this asshole!". Unlike the directional dialogue, such as "Asshole is northbound", I'm not sure if it's tied to any internal logic; when they say that do they become more aggressive, for example, in the same manner when you head in a new direction, a cop will call it in. I must applaud R* for the cop dialogue, there's tons of it (with the city cops holding anywhere from 12 to 18 MBs of dialogue), and it's all pretty good. The megaphone lines being my personal favorites. Overall; my favorite soundbanks are: S_M_Y_Cop_01_white_full_01, S_M_Y_HwayCop_01_white_full_02, S_M_Y_Sheriff_01_white_full_01 and S_M_Y_Swat_01_white_full_02.
  7. This? I'll consider it; not sure how it would look on the Riot, but neat idea. I'll extract it and see how it looks.
  8. You were probably linked here via our ELS vanilla pack; so first and foremost welcome, and thanks for stopping by. The response has been quite nice, plenty of comments, reviews and featured in less than 24 hours, all that good stuff; very nice for a pack of vanilla cars. So I guess a bit of backstory; originally, this pack was going to be a one off, initial release and that's it, I'd stop by and patch/fix bugs and address issues that arose; but that's it. Noting the feedback we've gotten; we cannot do that; so we opted to instead expand the pack. So far, we are going to do two expansions; dubbed "patch 1" and "county pack". Patch 1 is currently being worked on, and will expand the LSPD to include the Riot, the Insurgent, the Maverick and the Predator. The county pack; which will come later, will include the Sheriffs and Park Rangers. Riot: In addition; due to the response to the rear traffic advisor; which uses 7-8-9-9-8-7 as a pattern, will be converted to 7-7-8-8-9-9 in a future update; converting it from a unique setup to a standard t/a pattern. @DukSezQuak and myself will try to keep this up to date with what we're working on. If lore cars aren't your thing; we have future plans regarding non-lore stuff, it's only in the talking phase, and we'll touch upon it when appropriate. If you got here via the forums; you can check out the vanilla ELS pack here:
  9. Just ignore me; I'm just a horrible sellout, as RDE is my main project; being in charge of vehicles, all that good stuff. But no; both the ones I suggested, namely "mpapartment" and "mpheist", both have a carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta. Give one of them a try; if it still fails, then I'm not sure what's going wrong.
  10. Well, yes. You can technically install it to any DLC that added vehicles. "mpchristmas2" is just what happens to be the most common way of installing addon cars, at least from what I've seen. Perhaps try something like "mpapartment" or "mpheist" and get back to me. Personally I just use RDE, as it centralizes all your police mods.
  11. Had to do some digging, but Yard made a lovely jurisdiction map a couple months back: (Just note; if you don't have BCSO installed, BCSO territory is instead LSSD territory)
  12. Just to clear something up with you; I have no ill will against you, or your opinion. And that "attitude" was sarcasm, and not directed at you, but rather an acquaintance and fellow modeler, Five0.
  13. Very nice. And no, I should clarify, just a little annoyed is all.
  14. Wanted to do something unique, if was originally done as 7-8-9, but scrapped for something unique. This is the last time I'll be creative, I promise.
  15. If you loaded up any of the models in OpenIV, you could check "misc_rear" to see how the T/A is set up. The advisor is set up as: 7-8-9-9-8-7, extra 7 is the farthest out, extra 8 is the inner two, and extra 9 is the middle.
  16. Takedowns were an afterthought See above The traffic advisor is extra 7, 8 and 9, not sure what you're talking about Just used Yard's original scaling.
  17. Vanilla as in these these are vanilla vehicles, you might be confusing it with Rockstar vanilla, which are how they look by default.

A pack of vanilla cars modified to be ELS compatible, using only lore friendly parts; contains a Stanier, Buffalo, Interceptor, an unmarked Stanier, Gresley and Granger, equipped with Yard's "Liberty", a traffic advisor, and lore friendly interior equipment. -------------------------------------- A readme is provided in the archive containing installation instructions for both RDE and non-RDE users. -------------------------------------- Credits: Special thanks goes to @DukSezQuak for collaborating, making the vehicle liveries, gathering screenshots, and beta testing. If a credit has been omitted or incorrect; feel free to let me know and I'll correct it as soon as possible. Our DEV thread can be found here:
  18. Slicktop Merit Highway Patrol? The SAHP doesn't have a Merit, perhaps you're mistaking it for something else. SAHP Vehicles: hwaycar = SAHP Buffalo hwaycar2 = SAHP Stanier hwaycar3 = SAHP Gresley hwayswatcar = SAHP Granger Merits: usafmerit = USAF Police Merit pcar = SADCR Police Merit
