greggyp88 that should be fixed now, thanks for letting me now. ShadyCB, have a look here: http://mdc.lcpdfr.com/guide.php, the idea is to simulate the paperwork side of policing. For example, if you stop a car on LCPDFR, you should use the "Generate Person(s) at Incident" tool to give you a name, DOB and address of the person you've stopped. If you issue the person in-game with a ticket then you'd log the ticket on the system using the details you got from the tool (don't use made up names or LCPDFR names as these are highly unlikely to be replicated by another officer). We're looking into integrating it into the game at a later date. But for now, it relies entirely on your roleplay skills!

I'm very pleased to announce that the LCPD:FR staff have kindly allowed me to move the system to their servers!! So, effective immediately, please access the following link to get to the system: mdc.lcpdfr.com There's been quite a few errors popping up due to the move and some pages may display strange question mark symbols, I'm still looking into that. But I need your help - if you happen to stumble upon a bug or something which needs to be improved or fixed in anyway, please report all the details at the following page: mdc.lcpdfr.com/report_bug.php (Make sure it hasn't already been reported: http://mdc.lcpdfr.com/view_bugs.php) The report a bug and view bugs links can also be found at the bottom of the index page (outstanding calls). I'd really like to re-write the entire system at some point. Dispatchers are also done! I'm also thinking of wiping the entire database bar members, so we can start a fresh and give all the poor citizens a second chance! Let me know your thoughts please. I've also added around another 50 virtual people to the database.

Make sure you press save in SparkIV once you've imported the new siren file and before exiting.

To do list: -Fix the rest of the errors -Dispatchers (includes adding new calls, assigning calls to available resources and updating accepted calls where necessary) -We've made a bugs reporting feature to easier keep track of to do/bugs, that will be completed shortly. -Unveil surprise! Bear with us - we've both been rather busy and unable to do much work on the system (cliche I know!), but we'll hopefully have most of the errors fixed shortly.

Yes and yes, eventually. Duster911 - is it still down? It's working for me. It's likely you may have sent more then 2000 requests in 24 hours which results in a 24 hour ban which I have no control over...it's happened to be so many times whilst testing new things what with constantly refreshing the pages. Try using a proxy for a day. A further note on the site, I have some very good news which I'll let everyone know of once it's complete.

Interference's Skin Database
That's what I was referring to. I can't find the original download links it appears they've been removed. Edit: Interference I'm trying to PM but your inbox is full, can you delete some messages?

Interference's Skin Database
I can't seem to find them anywhere online. Looks as if Britishpolicemods has deleted them.

Interference's Skin Database
Interference, could you do some British skins? I'm looking for the Ford Focus and Astra that BritishPoliceMods posted to look something similar to the following: http://www.policecar...e_page8_7_1.png http://farm4.static...._7bd9732b45.jpg Can provide more images if necessary.

Requesting ELS blue light texture
I'm looking for someone to give me a hand with two things: 1. Could someone post for me their ELS lights texture with the best, darkest blue light texture they have found/achieved. Mine always show up as almost white or too blurry looking. I've even had them appear greenish in-game. Something along the lines of: And 2. Could someone advise me of the best 'visualsetting.dat' setting for the 'otheremissivelights' to achieve the best looking (resembling the above) blue lights in-game? Cheers

I saved while using LCPDFR. My saved game is corrupt. What do I do?!
Fingies, try a search on your computer for "SGTA400". Wherever you find that to be is where your GTA:IV save games are stored.

I like those ideas a lot. The same happens here - if there's a call and no-one accepts it, control will get onto our shift sergeant who will then recommend either a) someone drop their current activities to attend or b) to ask another area for a resource. Also just to let everyone know I've since recruited the assistance of rushlink (http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/user/4024-rushlink/) to help with development. I'm not sure of his username on the system - mine is Constable.

That is a work in progress deputyreyes, however my intentions are to have a team of dispatchers (experienced is preferred but not essential) whose responsibilities will be to create new incidents which will show up as outstanding calls (guidelines will be in place to keep them all inline with each other), pass calls to any resources which have marked themselves as available for calls and to pass updates to on-going/in progress incidents in officers' workbaskets as if the caller called back with more information. I'd like to hear any thoughts you may have. Also side note - there's a huge problem with crime reporting at the minute, if you plan on submitting any reports please save the details and hold off as they will disappear.

kjel0112 - is that your username on the system? And you're right the prosecutor's do not pass sentence, they recommend to the court. My intention was to have prosecutors work the case - as if it goes to court - then they submit a finilised record of 1. Their recommendations to the court and 2. The court's judgement. I was going to include judges too but I think prosecutors are enough!

Anyone else who is willing to work a prosecutor role PM me! We only have three (five with status) active at the moment. As someone pointed out earlier too, don't pass decisions on your own crime reports, that defeats the point. A dispatcher role will also be available shortly with responsibility for managing calls, passing calls to available resources etc. More on that later.
