Ok, so I'm recently getting into publishing my own skins. (using photoshop)I have been making them privately for communities, friends, small groups, and a lot for myself the past couple years. i have never really messed with ppi (pixels per inch), only resized to 4096x4096, because that is 4k format (right?).
So my question is...
#1: What PPI (pixel per inch) number should i use to get the most out of the skins? Any idea on a reasonable number (besides 70 which kinda seems crappy)... is there a "good quality" number to use??? that anyone using 4k skins can handle?
#2: are there any other settings I should tweak to make my skins more compatable or better looking/quality for everyone's experience with my textures? What I'm really asking, is in photoshop what settings should i tweak specifically to get the most and best quality out of my work for everyone to enjoy? :D
Thanks in advance for all your support. Wonderful folks over here!
