  1. Russia wouldn't be Russia without their permanent spirit of contradiction.
  2. Yeeeeeeesss! Finally! I'm a happy man. Rated 5/5 obviously.
  3. The whole Most Shocking High Speed Pursuits series is very interesting to watch. A search on Youtube can help find most episodes.
  4. I'm going to poop rainbows and throw up unicorns with so much pink. Nice cars.

  7. The latest theories about the Big Bang would be that the Big Bang we are mentioning isn't actually the first, but the latest of a series. It would be a perpetual cycle, where the universe would expand, always further, until it would reach its limit and shrink on itself, all the matter in a single tiny particle, only to explode again and re-expand. That's the simple version, but it's an interesting theory.
  8. All the points approached in this article actually have scientific explanations, so I'm not really convinced by the veracity of those arguments. This article looks more like a propaganda than anything else. I remember reading similar stuff from books from Jeovah witnesses actually. EDIT: I mean, an article starting by "Here are six straightforward reasons to believe that God is really there" and then having amongst those 6 arguments the point "We know God exists because he pursues us, he's constantly initiating and seeking for us to come to him", really? How is that a reason for the author? And what kind of hyper narcissistic God it would be to try and get attention from everyone?
  9. I simply believe in what I can see, and so far I didn't witness any evidence of a possible superior entity. As simple as that.
  10. I have a hard time trying to understand how one can have a 'favorite' war. We're talking about thousands of deaths. War is just a fancy name for organized massive murder. Especially the WWII and the 2 nuclear bombs, the genocide, the occupied countries.
  11. Sheesh, do you need to be so aggressive just because someone has a different opinion from yours? I don't think so. You post on a forum, you should expect people to give their opinion. I don't think I've lacked of respect so far, I just exposed my opinion with arguments, while on your end you just answered by "shush it I'm right, get lost". What I'm pointing at is that if this guy had some support from a professional for his PTSD, he probably wouldn't have gone that far to the point to end his own life. The system is at fault there for not taking care of this poor guy. If you created this topic only to state that they are deceased, I'm sorry to inform you that we can see that in the news by ourselves, and that thousands of people die in dramatic circumstances everyday. But I believe you posted here to discuss it, so expect to have opinions different from yours instead of immediately going agressive for no reason.
  12. Well, I'm pretty sure that if he had that support, he wouldn't have reached such extreme limits, so by a matter of fact, him needing help is a part of the topic.
  13. In that case he should have been followed by a specialist.
  14. Comitting suicide just because you got fired sounds a bit excessive in my opinion...
  15. So now people are firing a teacher for defending an african-american kid? Are we going back in time? To the DeLorean! Really though, that's stupid. She took the defense of a poor kid that was getting bullied by five others (always easier to act tough when you are superior in number, but a behavior of coward), and she gets fired? I mean, what next, someone will end behind bars for stopping a teen to rape a girl because their behavior was judged "threatening"? Besides the fact that those bullies should have been punished for their behavior, their parents are as much guilty as their kids. They are seemingly bad at parenting, and should be punished as well for giving such a bad education to their kid.
  16. This truck sweats so much manliness that I came a little.
  17. I never trusted softwares supposed to "improve" the performance and optimization for whatever game you're playing. Everytime I used one, be it from a third editor or Nvidia itself, it always either created more problems than it solved, or drained more resource than before without improving anything.
  18. Well, I don't know for the US, but here in France, someone can be diagnosed as transgender by a doctor (understand by that that a psychiatrist can determine if you really feel like the opposite gender in your head, and thus would justify the fact that you want to change your gender) and have their gender status changing from one to the other once they got their surgery.
  19. Never did that as my changes seemed to be taken in count each time I changed the settings, to be honest...
  20. Those people seemingly didn't get the meaning of "debate" :P
  21. I agree that the answer of this poster is out of the lines. Though I'd like to come back on a point. It's not about accepting someone's opinion, but about respecting it. As I stated above, CriminalKillaz has his opinion, I stated mine with arguments (I willingly avoided to quote the whole religion part as I have a very venomous opinion about it, and that's not the topic). I respect where he stands, as long as he respects where I stand. It's all about mutual respect. One can dislike something, but respect people not agreeing with him/her. Though, I'd like to know something about you all. You claim that you do not want to go outside and just see plenty of gay people showing off and making out in front of you. That's totally normal. But I'd like to know if you think the same way about straight people. Because, to be honest, I dislike people showing off, be it straight or gay (and there are -a lot- of straight people showing off in the streets, let's be honest).
