I believe they mean that you didn't clearly explain how easy it is according to you in term of organization, logistic and funding.

This actually brings another problem, it's how companies work. Even though you, for example, reduce taxes or give them money to help them hiring true citizens, I highly doubt the companies will actually do so. After all, why doing that? They'll just get the money, the reduced taxes but still hire illegal workers for nothing, increasing their profits.

Well nope. Actually, your ancestors did the same, they came on the American continent and created a family so the children would be native born citizens. You are NOT americans in the first place, you are United States citizens. American stands for the America continent (North and South), just like Asian for Asia and European for Europe. Mexican people are just as American as you. However, they are not US citizens, the difference is there. That said, immigration is a problem for every developed country, that's a fact, we all have thousands of people coming to try to get a better life, some by doing something good, some by doing something wrong. But there are other ways to deal with immigration. Let's think a little. Why do people want to immigrate in our countries? Because we claim everywhere to everyone "My country is so awesome, we live nice and stuff". Immigrants hear of this, and hope to live the same way, so they come. So, if citizens of developed countries decided to stop bragging about their countries (including the governments), maybe foreigner people wouldn't dream to come and live there. And I believe that US citizens are probably the champions in this category, considering how proud they are to be 'muricans and claiming everywhere and at the face of everyone how their country is the land of the free, the country of freedom and all. Stop dragging attention, and people will stop looking at you, as simple as that.

Hey everyone. I've been looking forever for a texture pack or even single textures of a New Liberty State Patrol that is based on the New York State Patrol, as seen there: But! I couldn't find any! I know there are very few New York State Patrol skins, but I really want New Liberty, since the other skins I use state Liberty City. Would be dumb to mix both. So, my question is simple, have anyone already seen skins or a skin pack based on that, but for New Liberty instead of New York? I'd even dare ask, maybe models too with the red lightbar? I could use IronicRainbow NYSP for the CVPI, but quid of other vehicles? I know there are skins for vanilla vehicles, but I don't really like using them. Thanks in advance for the possible answers!

Nope, didn't edit anything, everything in the vid is right from the Install folder and the ELS preset folder that are coming in the ENB download. And I don't like as well how it brightens or darkens the game when the Real time or Sync time with system options are enabled in the SNT, but considering the Timecyc is dynamic in this version I think it should be solved. I think! I can't imagine how the Insane-end settings look like, when I see how awesome it already is with the default files... Didn't want to try them, I don't want my computer to melt :P EDIT: Woo, 100th post!

Well, glad that I managed to update people to that new version! To me it's by far one of the best ENBs out there, everything seems just right. And the auto-focus is so damn good, usually I can't stand them because they are badly balanced, like everything is blurry five meters away, but this one is just neat. And no performance drop!

I'm glad he does that for charity at the children hospital and not just to show off and have some internet fame. He seems like a good guy, I wish more people were like him.

Thanks! And no, I didn't use SweetFX for the video. Considering how resource consuming GTA IV is already (we all know what an awesome portage it is), and even more with an ENB, I wanted to keep a smooth framerate for the recording. I actually didn't try it out yet, there's so many things in this version that it is almost overwhelming!

Heya there, I wanted to share a video I just finished to edit and upload today, and eventually get some feedback/opinions, so feel free to criticize my work, as long as it is done respectfully and with arguments! The purpose I wanted to achieve was to show a bit of what the ENB could provide in term of graphics, while keeping a simple and sober staging, yet efficient. Hope I reached my goal!
