Less lethal cops? Also note on the arrest animation
Mrrh well, does this work for the AI you take as a partner too? Because when a car I pulled over tries to drive away as I'm about to reach the driver's window, the partner AI immediately picks up his gun and starts shooting at the fleeing car even though the suspects didn't shoot once nor showed a weapon, they just drove away.

Map of The World Based On Corruption, Top 10 Corrupted Nations
I see an unaccuracy. Iceland is one of the safest countries in the world, and there it's ranked at the 12th place only. That's why I dislike this kind of "ranking". What's it based on? Homicide rate? General crime rate? Stability of the country, of the government? Economy? Tax evasion? Corruptions of the members of the government? (If this one is taken into account, most of the developped countries would be corrupted to the core, but obviously I bet this isn't even mentioned).

Christmas Surprise Traffic Stop
I think people would see that as a taunt. Not that it would be one, but they would see it as such, and at the end it'd make the situation even worse.

PC Portage of GTA V...
Well, the rumour has been given by an old R* employee who worked on GTA Online. Sounds like a pretty solid rumour to me. Besides, I believe R* learned about their mistake on GTA IV PC, I doubt they want to reiterate this mess.

PC Portage of GTA V...
... looks like is going to be a LOT better than GTA IV portage. Apparently, it's the team of Max Payne 3 that is working on it, and Max Payne 3 was a rather good portage on PC with a good optimization. So, yay! This was a prank though, not a real thing.

what "ENB" better to install?
CryENB v3 is one of the best ENBs out there, and you have plenty of presets to match your computer's config given with the ENB. Best choice IMO.

Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People
Well, according to those very kind republicans, LGBT people and people having a different religion than yours are worse than cop killers and terrorists. Mind blown.

Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People
Well, religions aren't "forced" to accept gay marriage in my opinion, gay marriage remains a civilian marriage and not a religious one, churches are still free to ban them, so they are still free of their beliefs. It just gave a bit more freedom to gay couples. That's how I see it, at least. But I agree on the fact that religions (not only christians) claim that you should give your help to people that need it. Politicians are just a bunch of people not even thinking twice about what they do.

GTA IV or EFLC?
IV if you want to play the scenario before focusing in mods. EFLC if you want to focus on mods. But to be honest I think that both go in sale on Steam in a pack all together quite regularly. So at worse, both!

Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People
Well, let's be honest there. Allowing gay people to marry and all doesn't really affect anyone's life directly, it's all based on personal beliefs and privacy. This law is opening the way to discrimination, which is affecting someone's life directly, and in some case in a pretty serious way. And it doesn't only work for LGBT people, but also for religions. How would you react if a muslim, jew or hindu doctor refused to give you the proper care just because you're christian and your religion goes against theirs?

Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People
Well, if politicians were smart, we would know it. I wouldn't be really surprised if it was real, considering the ammount of dumb laws you can find across the world. EDIT: I'm going to add a few more links talking about it in the first post.

Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People
Over the weekend, Republicans in the Michigan Statehouse passed a “license to discriminate” bill that would give just about anyone the right to refuse service to LGBT people if it conflicted with their religious beliefs. Source: http://www.newnownext.com/michigan-house-passed-bill-allowing-emts-to-refuse-treatment-to-gay-people/12/2014/ http://www.thenewcivilrightsmovement.com/davidbadash/breaking_michigan_house_passes_religious_license_to_discriminate_bill http://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2014/12/04/religious-protections-pass-michigan-house-committee/19888669/ http://www.advocate.com/politics/2014/12/05/mich-house-approves-license-discriminate http://www.snopes.com/politics/sexuality/michiganmedical.asp http://www.mlive.com/lansing-news/index.ssf/2014/12/michigan_house_approves_religi.html The bill in question: http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/2013-2014/billengrossed/House/pdf/2014-HEBH-5958.pdf Opinions? Personally, I'll go straight to the point, I find this completely retarded. In which era are we living in? Middle Age? The more we go in time, the more we see appearing inequalities and intolerance when it should be the other way around.

Europe on the edge of catastrophe?
Still, how many people would have believed someone saying "the World Trade Center will go down with 2 thousand of deaths!" before it happened?. Not many, I think, and yet it happened. My point is that, even if something sounds crazy, that doesn't mean it will never happen. And as I said, even if the guy in the interview lightly exaggerated his words, even a few days of blackout would have an unparalleled impact on the installations and economy.

Europe on the edge of catastrophe?
Might be ridiculous, but first, it's an hypothesis, and second, even if it does seem ridiculous it's not to be taken lightly. How many people would have said that the 9/11 was a ridiculous hypothesis before it happened? And yet it happened. It being ridiculous doesn't mean it wouldn't be a problem, even though can be dramatized by exaggerating some points.

Europe on the edge of catastrophe?
Actually, we are not talking about the nuclear plant as in the reactor. I'm aware that powerplants are built to be solid (even though our nuclear plants are -really- old, like thirty years or something for the oldest ones), my father was actually working in a plant as a security technician (doing sonography of the reactor's confinement walls to make sure there was no leak). The transformer is a lot smaller, external, and a lot less protected, if not at all, hence it's an easy target. It's not really a conspiracy theory, the drones did overfly the plants, without anyone knowing who did this and why, and the transformers are indeed a weak point, the Achille's tendon of nuclear powerplants, hence it could be dramatic if the authors of those flights had evil intentions.

The UKs war on the porn industry
Yeah but maybe you're not the only one interested. Sheesh, relax. Here's the rough translation I made. "The results of french research about squirting women (department of reproductive biology, cytogenetic and gynecology, city of Poissy) Between September 2012 and May 2013, we invited several woman having regular squirting experiences to participate to our scientific study in order to localize sonographically the origine of the squirting emission and be able to analyze biochemically the liquid. At their arriving, all of them signed a MoU and had an medical and sexology interrogation to be sure all the criterias of inclusion were gathered. Then, the participant went to urinate and a first sample was taken for biochemical analysis (B1). A first sonography (E1) allowed to verify the bladder was completely empty. After a self-stimulation leading to a satisfying sexual arousal, a sonography (E2) was realized to evaluate the pelvic organs and look for a fluid collection. After the squirting, a sample of the squirted fluid was collected (B2) and immediately after, a third sonography was made. Finally, a new spontaneous micturition was asked to the participant as soon as possible. Results 7 women between 19 and 52 years old meeting the criterias of inclusion accepted to participate to the study. For all of them, the sonography E1 allowed to confirm that the bladder was indeed completely empty after micturition. The sonography E2 revealed that every participant had a variable filling of the bladder and no other fluid collection was identified. The third sonography after squirting revealed that the bladder was again completely empty. The 3 successive sonographies showed that the bladder plays a main role in the squirting mechanism. The biochemical analysis showed presence of urea, creatinine and uric acid in the 3 samples. Prostatic Specific Antigen was detected in the B2 and B3 samples for 5 of the 7 women while no one of them had Prostatic Specific Antigen in their urine for the B1 sample. For 2 of those women, there was no Prostatic Specific Antigen found even though they were identified as squirting women. Conclusion This experiment allows to confirm that the squirting comes from the bladder and that the liquid was mainly secreted by the kidneys. The prostate has a very accesory function. In 2011, Rubio Casillas showed on a woman, thanks to a catheterization of the female urethra, that there was actually 2 distinct and independant mechanisms: an emission of white fluid coming from the prostate (ejaculation), and an emission of urine coming from the bladder (squirting)." The UKs war on the porn industry
I'll try to find it back on Google, I've read the experiments made about this in a french scientific magazine while I was waiting at the doc. EDIT: There, found it back. It's from the French Federation of Sexology and Sexual Health. The article is in french though, but I'll take the parts I was talking about and translate them as good as I can. Just need a bit of time.

The UKs war on the porn industry
Well, a recent report showed that female ejaculation is actually urine. So it might be because of that. *launches the "The More You Know" jingle*

Europe on the edge of catastrophe?
You forgot the frog legs! The thing is, the transformer is the link between the powerplant and the electrical network, a bit like a funnel. Its destruction shuts down everything. Maybe there's an alternative network, but I've never heard of such, and it's not even mentioned, so I guess it'd concern only the governmental buidings and such. But the whole population would be in a general blackout, and panick would quickly take over any other emotion. To be honest I find it quite stupid that no one thought of this before, considering the transformer is not protected by anything in particular. Something that important should have at least been in a building in reinforced concrete or something.
