  1. If you registered your game with a social club account, you should be able to download the game through the social club.
  2. Bolded stuff definitely is another attempt to belittle someone instead of addressing their points. By saying that, you're implying I'm not intelligent enough to notice where this thread was posted nor what it is about. And then you say: C'mon. I'm aware this is about policing policies, and not a LCPDFR website, what I made was an analogy. Just because policies sometimes don't fit a certain situation doesn't mean they should be ignored as a whole, and doesn't automatically give you the right to do so. With that being said, I'll close this parenthesis on my end because I fail to see how it is related to what was discussed above, namely the use of non-lethal ways instead of going out all OK Corral style as if it was the 1800's.
  3. Hastings was just saying (but correct me if I'm wrong dude) that US cops should be more trained to use their firearm efficiently in non-lethal ways, just like Albo suggested they should be trained in using other means than their gun to take down a suspect. That's all they said. All you can reply to that is "bullshit", "do whatever the fuck you want", and other rude comments on top of trying to belittle people personally instead of discussing their arguments. I truly wonder why you even created this topic in the first place if you had this state of mind to begin with. Just like any other policy really. Does that mean everyone should do whatever they want just because they think it's appropriate? Nope. That's how the world is made. Policies are written for people to follow their loose or not-so-loose guideline. For example, this forum has guidelines (let's call them policies). They've been written by moderators. Often, I broke them, intentionally, because I considered it was appropriate. And occasionally, I get warned because I transgressed them. Does that mean I still was right to break the guidelines because I, and only I thought it was appropriate? No, I was wrong, that's all.
  4. Always install your mods by yourself, don't let a software do it for you.
  5. The siren setting for rotators is 13.
  6. I'm more interested in that old school Premier in the background personally.
  7. The car appears like that in OpenIV, but in game the skin will be there.
  8. Your CPU is far below what is required to run GTA V, regardless of your GPU anyway. Considering your rig, I can guess your graphic card isn't fitting either.
  9. Use a mods folder and you'll always have your vanilla stuff ready to use.
  10. You failed installing the car correctly with the carvariation.meta lines coming with it. Reinstall it properly and it'll work.
  11. Well, in the vehicles.meta located with all the others, in update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5
  12. That's actually quite curious. Some departments have an AR15, but some others don't even have a simple taser. I question the distribution of the budget there. And it actually baffles me that this happens in a country that is known to spend billions in armed forces.
  13. Move them under the car so they're below the ground once IG. At least that's how some modelers did it.
  14. PostFX et shaders dans les options graphiques à mettre en high ou plus.
  15. En parlant de panneaux autoroutiers, tu sais pas où les trouver ceux-là?
  16. What's so difficult to understand when the readme file of DashcamV says: I mean, we can't make it clearer than that. You go at that location and import the logos.ytd file. As for vehicle textures, there's literally no way to fail it. You open the car .ytd file, search for the car liveries and replace them with the ones you want.
  17. Doubt he made a template.
  18. By some people, I'd roughly say 90% of them. I'll leave that here before they create another topic on how to replace another slot!
  19. Theorically, the only limit to addon vehicles is what your hardware can endure. If it's crashing on that step, it would seem more like a mistake you did in the carvariation/vehicles.meta files than anything else.
  20. If you actually used the magnificent feature called the search bar, you'd have discovered that many people had a similar problem, and many people fixed it. So, basically, you just had to search if someone created a similar thread to find the fix to your problem and avoid creating a topic on your own. But I'll be a nice guy, and tell you that you've to put your Shaders and PostFX graphic options to high or above. Search bar next time, dude
  21. Because the paramedics AI has always been the stupidest, and it will stay that way. As for your ELS related question, any car that was compatible with previous versions of ELS is compatible with the newest versions of it. For example, a car that was made for ELS v6 will work with ELS v8 or v8.5. But it doesn't work the other way around, a car made for ELS v8 won't work on ELS v6.
  22. Probably a line in the vehicles.meta file that changes the color the vehicle spawns in.
