This mod changes FinKone's Police Radio dispatch sounds/tones. It is designed to be more realistic dispatch audio. Please read the ReadMe.pdf. 
 

I would like to make a few things clear... I am not the creator of Police Radio nor do I have any affiliation with FinKone. I am simply an LSPDFR fan and an audio engineer who is eager to make an awesome modification! 
Installation of my audio modification for Police Radio (v1.2b, automatic .exe install):
 
1)    !!BACKUP!! For real, I’m not just saying it… you need to back up your files in case you don’t like my mod.

3) Be sure to download the correct .exe file for your game copy. (Retail or Steam.) Open “Police Radio Dispatch Audio.exe” [Remember, this is a WIP and I do not know if this works for you. I will need your feedback, please.
 
4) Be sure that the install path is to GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR\PoliceRadio\AudioRelated.
 
5) Follow the prompts to extract!

Here after a while of deciding what would be a good one, I give you the Vinewood Hills sheriff stations vehicle livery. It is for Bxbuggs123's CVPI pack, and is loosely based on Norwalk sheriff

What is this?
When I get into Law Enforcement,my aspiration is to be a drug interdiction officer.So, when I saw that there was a vehicle search mod...I edited the .ini to find stuff that a interdiction officer would find.Such as large sums of cash,cannabis and narcotics.I will more than likely update with more stuff,as time goes on.I have it setup to where different things have different amounts. Such as: 3 grams of weed....8 grams of weed.....13 pounds of weed......15 grams of narcotics......30,000 dollars....etc...
What do I need?
- Have the latest version of Rage installed (HERE).
- Have the latest version of Vehicle Search mod by FtDLulz (HERE).

Code 3 Callouts
"Attention all units, officer needs assistance. Shots fired. All available units, respond Code 3."
This is a plugin that I have been planning for ever since I started writing scripts for LSPDFR. Now that the LSPDFR API has come out, this idea has now become a reality!
The focus of this plugin is to create a realistic experience where the player needs to do some actual police work. Police work is not always about flicking on the lights and sirens and flying down the road at 100 MPH. Nor is it always about pulling out an AR-15 and emptying a clip on a suspect.
In fact, most of the time, police work is all about dealing with people. Hearing both sides of the story. Figure out who is lying, and who isn't. Sometimes you have a helping hand when you have an eyewitness, and sometimes not. Or sometimes you will get eyewitnesses who contradict one another. Bob says the bank robber's car was blue. Jane says the car was red. Turns out, Jane was on her cell phone, and wasn't paying attention. Oh, and Bob was in the bathroom, so he didn't actually see anything. You later find out that the car was actually green.
The first version has four different callout scenarios. Each will have their own degree of variation, so you will not have exactly the same situation every single time!
Code 3 Callouts is designed to work alongside other callout plugins, to create the most exciting and realistic experience possible.
It is YOUR job to determine what actually happened based on the evidence. Its time for your shift, Officer. Gear up, and move out.
Requirements
You MUST have the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook installed, as well as a legal copy of GTA V. YOU MUST HAVE VERSION 0.39 (OR NEWER) OF THE RAGE PLUGIN HOOK! This plugin has been tested on v757.4 of Grand Theft Auto V, but will work with newer versions. You must have at least v0.3.1 of LSPDFR Features
TEN different callout situations, each with their own varying scenarios. Fully integrated dispatch audio, to create a realistic experience. Requires the player to investigate each call, and do some actual police work to determine what ACTUALLY happened. Most of these callouts are "Code 2" calls, meaning, they do NOT require a "Code 3", or "lights and sirens" response. Part of police work is to actually drive at normal speeds, and obeying traffic laws and red lights while driving to a call!
If you're stuck in a traffic jam, you can use your lights to get yourself through an intersection, and then resume driving normally. But be careful about using the siren...you don't want the suspect to know that you're coming, do you?

This is a highly requested ped texture I decided to make. It features both a female and male trooper. I did place a badge on the hat, even though they do not have one just because of the awkwardness of the model without a badge. If any complaints are made regarding that I will release a version that features no badge. Also for the campaign hat, I did my best to make it seem as if it fit. Texas State Troopers do not use campaign hats so of course this is NOT accurate. Thank you guys SO much for using my textures in videos, and leaving a positive review. These textures are HIGH quality and all patches and badges are legible. Again thank you guys so much for the support!

This modification brings the snow from GTA: Online to single player! Enjoy all of its glory with the latest additions & fixes by Rockstar to make a snowy Christmas happen in Los Santos! It also includes the ability to pick up snowballs from the ground, because why not?
Installation
There are two downloads provided, both installing exactly the same mod version.
SnowMod.rar just contains the plugin dll file. Put it into game folder\plugins as usual.
SnowMod_inst.rar contains an installer that will install the dll file for you automatically (note that the installer shows ad during the installation).
Usage
Snow Mod requires RAGE Plugin Hook 0.29 or later to run and is loaded as a plugin using the console (or automatically at startup if you have configured RPH that way). The snow effect is enabled automatically when loaded. To disable the snow effect in-game, use the console command ToggleSnow.
If there is no snow on the ground, but only a snowy weather effect, please disable Frame Scaling under Advanced Graphics options (see https://www.reddit.com/r/GrandTheftAutoV_PC/comments/3y1xjf/psa_if_you_cannot_see_the_snow_on_the_ground/ for more information).

I've had this running in my game for personal use for a while, and I thought I'd share it with you all 
Don't like pointing guns at people to arrest them? This is your solution! With this plugin, you don't need to point a gun at someone to make an arrest any more - you can make an arrest while unarmed.
This is intended to be used with RPH 0.29. However, it also works with RPH 0.28 if you haven't updated yet.

INSTALATION TUTORIAL

CVPI:
STEP 1: Find a CVPI of your choice and install it.
STEP 2: Go to the location where you´ve installed the CVPI and open the .YTD file. 
Find the main texture and replace it with mine.
STEP 3: Close OpenIV and your done with the installation!

CVPI (BxBuggs123):
STEP 1: Download and install BxBuggs123´s CVPI.

STEP 2: Go to the location where you´ve installed the CVPI and open the .YTD file. 
Find the main texture and replace it with mine.
STEP 3: Close OpenIV and your done with the installation!

STEP 1: Find a Taurus of your choice and install it.
STEP 2: Go to the location where you´ve installed the Taurus and open the .YTD file. 
Find the main texture and replace it with mine.

Dodge Charger (2012):
STEP 1: Find a Charger (has to be a 2012 version) of your choice and install it.
STEP 2: Go to the location where you´ve installed the Charger and open the .YTD file. 
Find the main texture and replace it with mine.
STEP 3: Close OpenIV and your done with the installation!

Helicopter:
STEP 1: Install the uv mapped maverick Yard1 made.

and drag and drop.

STEP 1: Install the Dodge Charger that Alexander123 made. (NOT THE ONE USED IN THE SCREENSHOTS, THE ONE USED IS PRIVATED!)

Did not make the model, converted the lights, and retextured.   

Every department needs a DARE unit so here's mine.
Here's what it'll fit.
It will also fit a DSF CVPI for GTA IV, as it uses the same template. ( Cj24 )

Update/x64/dlcpacks/PATCHDAY2NG/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles with the ones in the download folder ENJOY!
