Today present the Authentic Los Angeles Fire-Rescue skin for DOWNCOLDKILLER's 2015 Ford Rescue Medic Ambulance. All vehicle credit go to @downcoldkiller and his team.
 
There are 2 Los Angeles versions.... One has a straight white line, the other has a curve...

I created a skin to match my other EMS/FIRE Los Santos Fire Department skins for OFFICER GOETZ Pierce Quantum Rescue Vehicle.  I didn't forget about those that like to play with vanilla skins. To install using OPENIV, access both of the YTD files separately, drag and drop the PNG skin into place. This it and you should be all set.
 
Also it is only a 2K skin. 4K Coming soon...

This is @Kane104's Los Santos Sheriff's Department Chevrolet PPV that I reskinned for a different purpose. I wanted a vehicle that I could used at the airport and the ports, but not be a regular police vehicle. So I seized the opportunity with this vehicle because it wasn't like other police vehicles. I replaced the DILETTANTE2, since it naturally spawns at the airport anyways and changed the ped associated with the vehicle in the VEHICLES.META file and changed the handling, although not perfect yet. I then created a universal skin for both port and airport. Along with PNWParksFan Custom Backup, it now spawns must of the time to create a realism in the way I have it setup.
 
IT NOW INCLUDES BOTH A LOS SANTOS AND A LOS ANGELES SKIN.....................
 
I've included some simple instructions to replace the DILETTANTE2 slot with the vehicle.

Hello lcpdfr community, I have good news for you. I have recently updated my Pierce Quantum with new features. I have been working hard to push a release and hopefully soon to get it non els ready. There are 4 fictional skins included in the upload, a LAPD, FBI and (BSCO and LASD)
 
You add all files or whichever one you wish. Simply change the filename or replace the existing skin(s).
 
If you want to have all, rename the remaining file you want accordingly and make sure you have added 'FLAG_HAS_LIVERY' to the FLAGS in the vehicle.meta of the RIOT located in the "GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta" or your MODS folder if you use one using OPENIV.

The texture is an adaptation @Patrol 31 [ELS] Vapid Ambulance. The original template created by @Candice was revamped by me @TopCop72 and uploaded with permission.
 
You can use it, play around with it, but please give credit to those that performed the basic HARD work.
 
PS: I am not a modder, so any negative commenters, please keep that in mind. Thank You.
 
This texture will give you both red and blue lights for the lightbar and various lights around the vehicle. I've include both a simple YTD file replacement or you can manually change the textures out yourself.
 
A ambulance.xml file VCF is also included for proper coronas and environmental lighting. I also changed out LEDS for STROBES, It's just my thing and you can change it back to LEDS if you choose in the xml file.

Now includes ALL weapons in GTA V!
Tired of constantly having to reset your loadout with a trainer?
 
On Duty Loadout lets the user determine which weapons and attachments they prefer via INI, the loadout is applied every time the player goes On Duty in LSPDFR.
 
Set what you want when you download the mod, then always start playing with the right loadout without any key presses or menus!
 
 
Add any of these items to your character:
 
 
 
Known bugs:
May conflict with Herocop or other plugins that give the player a flashlight causing LSPDFR To crash when the player goes on duty. Fixed by removing conflicting programs
 
Changing character appearance using the EUP Menu removes weapon attachments
(Solved by selecting uniform BEFORE calling forceDuty)

 Included is the skin and a simple readme file.

Here's a collection of skins I made for personal use. I decided to release them since T0Y released his ELS Bearcat. 
These skins are lore friendly and are 2K. There's 1 skin per vehicle except for the SAHP. There are 3 SAHP skins,
two black, one white. That way there's a 1 in 3 chance of a white SAHP Bearcat.
This file includes blue light textures if you want to convert the lights to all blue. 
I've also included the light textures (Credit to T0y)
 
I've included 2 VCF Files: 
    redandblue.xml -    Edited t0y's original to add blue environmental lights.
    allblue.xml -        All environmental lights are blue / amber. No red.
 
Feel free to modify these skins as you want. If you have any request, let me know and I'll see about getting it done. And PLEASE don't redistribute this anywhere as your own. Only reupload it if you've made changes. And proper credit is appreciated.
