i have a intel cor quad processor. windows vista. and i dont know about the power supply. and also i have like a normail computer, not a laptop. but i was going to ask you about the gtx 520, is that a good one for my computer?

i have the G33/G31 chipset family thing and it runs like disgusting. so i got swift shader and it actually helped the program start up but the graphics are still horrible. i cant even move. i was wondering if you guys can please help out with what i should get, im on a budget so nothing alot. i have a quad core computer... and thats all i know. please i wanna play this so badly you don't even know

please help i dont know whats wrong. the game looks good when i press launch. then all of a sudden when it turns into the actual game, it runs superslow and theres a light blue covering the whole screen, but you can still drive the car but super slow. i have not downloaded any patched and it is running on swift shader. can someone please help with the light blue, and maybe help me out to make it faster?

what is the difference of police and police 2?

my question is, when you download modded cars, do your other officers have the normal cars. (The original ones in gta 4) or does their cars change to yours? can someone please explain me how it works?

if i upgrade it to windows 7, will it work for sure??? like i dont wanna waste my money if it isnt going to you know?
