i have the G33/G31 chipset family thing and it runs like disgusting. so i got swift shader and it actually helped the program start up but the graphics are still horrible. i cant even move. i was wondering if you guys can please help out with what i should get, im on a budget so nothing alot. i have a quad core computer... and thats all i know

You're going to need some more information such as what kind of processor, what version of windows, what your power supply's maximum wattage rating is, if it's a mid size desktop or a mini tower desktop (and no, you can't upgrade graphics cards on a laptop). Also define "budget". You're not really going to get anything great for less than $150.

i have a intel cor quad processor. windows vista. and i dont know about the power supply. and also i have like a normail computer, not a laptop. but i was going to ask you about the gtx 520, is that a good one for my computer?

What kind of quad core? There are a lot of models. And the 520's not a gaming graphics card. If you plan on not wasting money, I'd get at least a 550GTX if it's an nVidia card you want, or a Radeon 6770 if it's an AMD card.
