    Good finds! It seems like you found all of the best packs on offer. It may be possible OP is looking for the livery SPD adopted recently. I can only seem to find a crashed one unfortunately. It is quite handsome, and they actually look like police cars again.

    I had the same problem using Windows Explorer to unzip the files. I was able to download and unzip the files just fine using 7zip.

    I really hope that this can happen. Vehicle sounds in GTA V seem much better than those in IV.
