  1. What do you think of these items for LCPDFR? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9WHLyc Thanks
  2. Okay thanks! Altaf posted these items... what do you think of them?
  3. Hey guys, I know some of you don't like Alienware products but be honest... What do you think of this computer for LCPDFR? Thanks! http://www.dell.com/ca/p/alienware-x51-r2/pd?oc=dax51r2_bt_s001e&model_id=alienware-x51-r2
  4. Haha alright, well last time I did that I picked out terrible things as you said xD. But maybe this time I will do better. Thanks! :D
  5. Okay, thanks for your help! If I were able to make my budget around that price, do you have a certain computer that you would suggest or a "list" of items that I could (try) to build? :P Thanks again for your help! Really appreciate it. Edit: I looked on your thread about how to build a good PC (with your recommended items) but from what I saw that's if you have a budget at around $2,000. :P
  6. Alright thanks, so you think if I upgrade the graphics and PSU everything else will be good? What kind of settings do you think I'd be able to play in? Thanks again!
  7. Okay do you think if I get a 650 TI I would need the 600W PS? Thanks! :D
  8. Hey guys! Thank you to all of those who helped with my last post! I've taken some of your advice and tried to find some better computers and would like to see what you guys think about these: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [Option 1] Computer: bit.ly/1rzMQcv (iBUYPOWER ARC Series NE611FX) Specs: Memory: 4GB DDR3 1600 Hard Drive: 1TB SATA II 7200RPM Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce GT 610 1 GB Power Suppy: 300W Processor: AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Possible Upgrades: 600W?/500W? Power Supply 4GB Extra Stick of RAM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- [Option 2] Computer: bit.ly/1mjAC3Y (CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2140) Specs: Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333 Hard Drive: 500GB SATAII 7200RPM Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GT 610 1GB Power Supply: 500W Processor: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz Possible Upgrades: 1TB SATAII 7200RPM ---------------------------------------------------------------------- So basically to sum it up, Option 1 has a 1TB Hard Drive, but lacks the right PSU wattage (as I have read in the reviews) and lacks the 8GB of ram. While Option 2 has the 8GB of Ram and the 500W PSU, but lacks the 1TB Hard Drive. I did some searching and found that both Option 1 and Option 2 with the upgrades would be around the same price. (I think...?) What I think would be better is to just get Option 2 and get the 1TB Hard Drive Upgrade...but what do you guys think? Do I need the 1TB of Hard Drive to play LCPDFR? Are these computers even good at all? Is the "Nvidia Geforce GT 610 1GB" a good graphics card for LCPDFR? Will either processor on Option 1 and Option 2 work well? Sorry for all the questions, I'm still trying to understand how all of this works.. (I'm a Newbie).. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. let me know if you need any more information! Thanks again! DeputyJake
  9. Awesome advice.. Thanks for the help! Ohhh got it. Thanks man! Awesome picture too! I'm going to be posting a new thread here in a little bit with some computers I brought together from everyone's advice, and would really appreciate it if you took a look at it since you seem to be experienced in this kind of stuff. :D Thanks again!
  10. It says it has a Radeon HD 8570D? I'm guessing you mean its not good at all? Yeah I just don't really have the time or experience to build one... do you have any suggestions on some that I could buy? Which computers would you recommend? Thanks!
  11. Hello everyone! I am new to the LCPDFR community but am wanting to become active in it. I currently do not have a computer that will support GTA IV and LCPDFR, but I am looking to buy one soon. I need help deciding which computer would be best to run these programs and decided to ask you guys. I am looking to buy this computer: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-pavilion-desktop-amd-a8-series-8gb-memory-2tb-hard-drive/3199341.p?id=1219088675337&skuId=3199341 Will this computer run GTA IV and LCPDFR smoothly? If not are there any other computers you guys reccomend? Thank you for the help! Jake
