The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

okay this may seem really stupid but I have tried everything that I can do get LSPDFR to work I downloaded the game from steam I created backup copies of the game I have tried the Manual Install and the assisted install. When I try to run Rage Plugin hook as the administrator nothing happens. Any assistance. I've had this working on this laptop before and not cannot get it to work again after a restore.

Additional Info after reading some other posts

Running Windows 8.1 (saw some posts showing should upgrade to 10)

Are you getting any errors? Or any messages? Also have you tried Albo1125's troubleshooter?

no errors or anything just it wont load period. I upgraded to Windows 10 throughout the night and I am going to try that first. If not I will look over Albo1125's guide
