I've been wanting LSPDFR for the last 3 months, finally got GTA on my PC and haven't been able to run it once the passed week I've had it. Every time i try to run it there's some type of error. This just happens to be the latest error message. 

Yes I disabled my anti virus

Yes I've uninstalled it and reinstalled LSPDFR and the Rage plugin as well as even the GTA game itself

Yes I've made sure to verify the files.

I've deleted any duplicate files 

I've restarted my computer

I don't know if its just me and I'm retarded or should this not be as difficult as it is to play. 

I'm having the same issues. I carefully installed all the files. Done everything I could to try to troubleshoot. I still can't get it to work. I am running the most current version of Windows 8. Could that be a problem?

Astef has that right, i had this issue for days last week, the only way to get it all working was by installing Windows 10, that fixed it.
