Are there any mods where crashing a car at 90+ will actually disable it instead of it still running like nothing happened. Makes pursuits unrealistic.

I remember I used to have it set up this way in GTA IV and I can't for the life of me remember how to do it on GTA V.

Try to verify your game files through steam. That has worked for me and other times it hasn't requiring me to have to uninstall and reinstall the game completely.

Oh yeah I got it. I don't know if you do this but when it stops working. I take someone down at gun point arrest them. And then release them and the holding of 'e' will work again.

In the ELS ini. Change "ElsTrafCtrlOn" to false.

I've done it where I have them come out and then hold the right dpad on the controller so he tells them to stop and then I just move them with shift + T to the front of the vehicle and then search...

Yeah it would be great if computer+ had a prior tab. And then when you do an arrest report or citation it actually reflects it.

Just curious of which you use and prefer. I have both both installed and like both. With patrol tool kit I love that with one button I can run a plate and use real State infractions. And that I can see the persons "priors". Police radio has things like the panic button, corner, tow, end call. Whats your choice and why?

Yes sir. I got it finally. For some reason it wouldn't let me import. So I ended up deleting the pack and re downloading it and everything works! thanks everyone! topic can be closed.

I have gone through three different sirens and none of them change after importing open formats. I followed albo1125's video and that didn't help either.

Go into the els ini and towards the top there is a setting something like els player display or something like that and under is AIdisplay. Both values should be at default 500. I switched mine to 800-1,000. See if that helps.

Yeah the fastest I had was on GSF. Which sucks that I haven't had anything over 80 because I play with where I live and the interstate is 70. So I try to pull over for 15+ and above just like I do in real life but that makes it hard on here.

I also used that to no success. I am assuming because I was putting it into the mods folder.

I have followed the read me step by step however the sirens don't install... any ideas? also forgot to include I am installing the sirens to the mods folder on openiv. I don't know if that is part of the problem. And by that I mean I go into mods>x64>audio>sfx>resident.rpf>importopenformats.

This is all I could find. My guess would be they aren't actually meant for ELS. Q: I've installed the package but my lights do not seem to be working. They are showing up in the wrong places or not flashing correctly, why? A: This mod uses a custom carvariations.meta to assign custom sirensettings to each vehicle included. If the lights are not working correctly, another mod you have installed is causing a conflict with this carvariations.meta. Please check all installed mods for a carvariations.meta file (it will be located in common/data/ within a DLC folder). If you have another carvariations which assigns a sirensetting to police, police2, police3, police4, police5, or police6, delete those vehicle entries from it and see if the issue is resolved.
