So I had to delete out all of my old files, uninstall the game, then reinstall everything. Since doing that Rage has been acting funny. Here is the issue: I'll launch the game via the Rage icon, everything seems normal and I get no error message, but then I am taken to the main screen where you can choose to go online or load the story. From here I am forced to tab out of the window, launch Rage again then wait to receive an error message about bad anti virus. If I tab back into the game from here and load the story Rage will load and run fine. I have already tried turning on and off my anti virus as well as ensuring it has proper permissions for the firewall. Additionally, my modded folder is labeled "Grand Theft Auto V". Lastly, I have re-downloaded everything including RPH. Has anyone had a similar issue and know of a fix to this?

Same for me. It's probably just down right now. see if it works tomorrow.

Oh, i'm sorry, did I offend your delicate sensibilities? Don't try bullying me and don't give me that BS elitist attitude. If I was spit on could I punch the guy in the face for it? NO. What if I was bitten could I then retaliate by bouncing the guys head off of my trunk? NO. "people like me"? What is exactly do you mean by that? You know nothing about me or my background. Is there a certain group or class of people you are categorizing me as that you consider offensive because they would like to see police be held accountable? Calling it like I see it. The guy was wrong. Not every cop is a good cop and not every cop is a bad cop. Lets provide some examples of when corruption is allowed to foster since you seem to believe that cops are infallible. 1. "Skull Cap Crew" 2. Detective Stephanie Lazarus 3. Justin Volpe Are their actions justified because they had a badge? I agree that cops work in grey area when making decisions, but don't act high and mighty because, at times, on a rare occasion its a dangerous job. And then use "danger" as an excuse for committing violence. No one makes any one stay in these positions against their will. If they don't like being cops then move on and let someone else do it.

The suspect had a gun in his waist band. You can hear the officer yelling at the mother saying that is why he did what he did. Last time I checked use of force policy it allowed a Peace Officer to use reasonable force. An appropriate level of force needed to gain compliance. The suspect had been handcuffed with his hands positioned behind his back with officers still holding his arms. Punching him in the face twice and calling him a pussy is not reasonable. In fact its assault considering the suspect was passively restraint. No excuses, no exceptions. Hold yourself to a higher standard and don't defend these actions.
