Problem solved! Thank you! Turns out the sheriff car I was using had textures with an ultra high resolution and my game didn't want to load it (found out because I couldn't spawn it with my trainer). Everything works now.- 1,915 comments

http://pastebin.com/Ur5YUKCg I do have custom vehicles. I've been using this mod fine until today when I tried installing lsdpfr+ and that error came up. I then removed everything that had to do with it and replaced the arrestmanager files with the original.

I just had this weird problem that keeps repeating itself. After selecting my character and going through that screen that tells you all your plugins are loaded, I get an error message that says there was an error reading Transport Regions.xml and that default values will be loaded. My game then proceeds to act as though my computer is having massive memory leaks and the scenery doesn't load completely. I've already redownloaded this and installed it with default files and the issue persists. The following is the line from my ragehook file. This started happening after I installed lspdfr+ and I've removed all files associated with it but to no avail. LSPD First Response: Arrest Manager encountered an exception reading 'Plugins/LSPDFR/Arrest Manager/Transport Regions.xml'. It was: System.InvalidOperationException: Model with hash 0x9baa707c could not be loaded within a reasonable time. It may be invalid.

I think most of you are used to utilities with numbers starting with 89. The newest units are now 80 and 81 as the oldest cars get replaced and the numbers recycle.

On the topic of pushbars and traffic units, is there a way to decrease the probability of a pushbar showing up as an extra for the AI? It always seems that it's at least half or more which wouldn't be the case in real life.

Traffic 2016 utilities already exist. It's just traffic divisions in general aren't as large as regular divisions so pictures of them are rare.

Either in a rifle bag in the trunk or with a special removable mount that latches itself vertical next to the shotgun inside the car.

Is there a way to change the default helmet the highway cop uses? Or spawn it on him when I'm using that ped? I want to use the sbike helmet instead of the default hwaycop one.

You should change the images on the screens to screenshots from news channels and images that look like live camera feeds. Especially since a police command post would probably not care about weather patterns or aircraft radar. ;)

Desmond I love the progress you have made, seeing it from day one to now. Props to you for dedicating yourself to this project. Just one thing I wanted to ask/note and I don't know if anybody else will agree, but the pushbar seems a little too small. From sitting it in these bad boys 10-12 hours a day, I must say that these pushbars should be viewable from the front seats, that is a driver should be able to see the tops of the push bars when sitting in the car so he/she can push vehicles out of the roadway and know how close the vehicle is to other cars. Just a minor thing I only wanted to bring up.
