I FIXED IT ​i installed the wrong update, but thank you so much, LCPDFR is working beautfully Cheers mate!

​literally every result on the first page is purple. i've been to every single topic and had nothing. i remember i had to download a file and that fixed it ages ago but i've lost the thread and i've forgotten the file that i needed to download

​Since i can't upload images for some reason, here's a screenshot of my Diagnostics Tool http://prntscr.com/736zkt it says the dependencies are in, but there is a log file error thingy. im downloading the update and seeing if that does anything. i once had LCPDFR working, but that was many years ago. i also had the same loader.loader error, but i forgot how i fixed it. EDIT: i downloaded the update, did nothing.

Yes, the game runs fine without LCPDFR, i have no idea what's wrong with it.

​Im sorry, but did you read the post? i already said have no other mods installed and i have tried both manual and automatic installation several times nothing is working and i want to play GTA IV without having to uninstall LCPDFR agian

​Ive reinstalled LCPDFR several times, no other mods, apart from carmageddon, and thats not even installed. its a recent installation of GTA IV so in not redownloading it. Ill try "verifying integrity of game cache" and see if that works here goes.... EDIT - Did nothing, game still crashes

I've been through everywhere looking for a fix to this problem, and i haven't yet found one. GTA freezes and crashes halfway through the character slideshow When i launch it in admin mode, it gets through it fine, but it gives me a "Error in Loader.Loader" and LCPDFR doesn't work I have tried both Manually and Automatically installing and no difference, also, when i go onto the diagnostic tool and check the installation, i get this "Log Files Checked, See report for more details" im using 1.1 and i have no idea what to do. (and i have read the instructions) For some reason, it's not letting me upload files or images, so i cant include my logs. Also, i don't seem to have an "AdvancedHook.log" in my files, is this causing the problem? Thanks in advance -Zan

Hi, i have absolutely 0% understanding or skill in modelling or skinning, i was just wondering if anyone could re-create this Australian Holden Police Cruiser, as i have found none so far. ive been searching for help, and i haven't found any help. (im using GTA IV:EFLC (gay tony)) I have been trying over 20 techniques to fix it, nothing has worked, i dont want to have to re-download GTA The diagnostics tool says that i don't have it, even though whenever i use the download link, i have the latest, or higher version of said program, for every program related to it. my diagnostics tool shown here (please don't go on about the windows 8 thing, its crappy and i don't have access to a proper PC, now shussh about it.) even if it's just the diagnostic tool that's broken, when i enter the game i get "Error loading LCPDFR_Loader.Loader" and the logs think i have a problem with the AdvancedHook.dll can i please have some help? here is my directory

REINSTALL GTA? all i have is the carmageddon mod, thats all, everything else is clean... and it is EFLC, so it might not be.... right? im not sure. i tried using the shortcut, im going to do the .exe in admin mode, ill tell you howitgoes EDIT: it wasn't going to work, i use steam to make it windowed and to give myself enough memory to get graphics working. running it as admin doesn't make it go through steam, therefore preventing me from getting it to look presentable at least. sooo, i dont want to reinstall and i cant run it in administrator mode unless you can give me a way to put these steam launch settings into the actual game

Couldnt find a way to boot GTA as admin, windows 8 doesn't support the bloody thing as usual, i started it, i got into the game and it said "Error in script LCPDFR_Loader.Loader." and i couldn't find the other logs you wanted.

Was that a typo? i have no access to windows 7 and would running it as administrator really help? i usually boot it directly from steam. and i don't want to be rude, but the logs say its a problem with the "AdvancedHook.dll" thingy. gonna boot it as Admin and send you the latest log if it fails.

i CAN'T install it because i already HAVE when using the installer it tells me i already have it, and the LCPDFR doesn't understand that i already have it, same with the C++ thing. and here is a screenshot of the GTA IV:EFLC directory you wanted

i looked at the thread you made, the files you were talking about are in their right places, the diagnostics tool says .Net Framework 4.5 isn't there even though it IS, anyway, the logs say it's a problem with "AdvancedHook.dll" Anyway, im using "The Ballad of Gay Tony" and not the basic GTA IV and your tutorial shows a diagnostics tool that differs from mine. Also, im using Windows 8, would that mean different solutions? Help?

GTA EFLC works fine, but the LCPDFR mod wont, i have tried different solutions including the download here, all have failed however. i will post my log i don't know what to do and am completely stuck. Help? -Zan
