So I've done some verification by elimination and apparently this plugin causes ScriptHookVDotNet to crash out. Right now my RPH is set to load nothing until I'm in game, and I manually load in LSPDFR, it starts fine. But if I load in EUPMenu with ScriptHookVDotNet installed (since it starts automatically at spawn), then my GTA V will hard crash to desktop after freezing. Running latest version of everything. Disregard, depreciated dotnet script that is ancient to the point of game-breaking. Guess I just won't have music in my cop car.

Do what I did, change the key for your trainer and Rage Hook. I changed my Rage Hook key to F5 and my ENT trainer key to F4, leaving F3 for this plugin.

Couple of things I noticed: right now, for me at least, every time I get a callout to take or decline, or an ambient event blip comes up, then my check timer starts, even if I'm not responding to a call. Also for some reason when I edit my ini file to change the unit information, it's not seeing it, it keeps using the default ini information, even when the ini shows the information I put in (and yes of course I saved and unlocked the file)

As a dispatcher myself, I highly approve of this!
