So, i just re installed my game. I put in VDH Police Helper, Cars, ELS V8 and Trainer. Not i get this message that the memory can not read? Help please!!!

Is this for the original PC game or EFLC?

You can use a regular CIV car and make it into a police car, just change the .wft and .wtd file. For example, if the car name is Police.wft, change it to landstalker.wft, same with wtd. Then you change the ELS file.

So i have the same pack as people in my clan, and i cant change my Liveries on the car. Everybody else can. Only the cars, uniforms and scripts came with the pack. How do i fix this issue?

I have the same problem, and the issue for me was that i had modded uniforms, that lags and causes texture loss.
