    Oh my bad for not seeing that lol! But anyways, I would suggest upgrading to windows 7, it's more up to date and overall better for grand theft auto 4.

    You running windows 8? If you are make sure it's in compatibility mode for Windows Vista SP1.

    When i arrest suspects, they continue to run with their hands up. If I catch them, I hit e on them and put them in the back. When I take them to the station they just jump out every time I stop at a light or something. If this has happened to you maybe you could help me. Thanks guys! Edit: I solved my problem by turning resist arrest off in braveheart. A mod can close this. Scripts: - Bravehearts - vdH police helper - LCPDFR - CryENB V3 - Custom police models and skins. Thank you!

    You'll only notice a bottleneck is your running with a 980 and an i3 lol. Most bottleneck claims are false. And the 970 is an amazing card by the way.

    460 is ancient. I reccomend upgrading to a gtx 960 when that comes out.
