I have this weird glitch where after I start a vehicle pursuit and then pull the suspect out of the car and try to arrest them, the prompt to arrest them doesn't pop up. I noticed that this only happens when a taxi driver is the suspect.

I used to mark a random person as wanted and call about 30 N.O.O.S.E teams to either arrest them or kill them

Would you recommend it being turned off?

At the bottom of the graphics settings page, there is an option to turn off VSync. Does anybody know what this does?

I'm not sure if this is true, but I think the quiet pedestrian mod stops ambient scenarios from happening.

I thought it would be nice if we could search a ped that was just arrested. It can be quite annoying when you have to un-arrest someone to search them

After making changes to pedgrp.dat, I clicked the save button and then it says"Access is denied". How can I fix this?

After re-installing the game and LCPDFR, the game's lag is much more severe than before. The settings are all set to low and LCPDFR is the only mod I have installed. Does anybody know the reason for the lag?
