So I recently installed a LCPD livery pack for my game and my question is is there any way I can improve the handling on the models that im using? or if there is a handling line that I can use to make it steer and drive better. I'm not looking for perfection. Well just to let you know I could attempt to do it. (this is if HawkUnleash is unable to do so) I cannot help you on the OSHP Explorer, but I can try help you with your sheriffs department issue. In fact I made my own private pack for myself that is all the Ohio sheriffs department. which I can provide you in a PM. I just thought I'd throw that out there. The worst about LCPD:FR in my opinion is that it is so repetitive. "Shots fired in North Holland", "Drunken Disturbance" (Which means homeless people loitering.). Its kinda annoying, but I run Callouts+. That makes it way better

I am wondering how I can change my GTA IV to run in windowed mode. I looked around Google and people were saying that you would put a command line in.
