I always run it as admin. I may have reinstalled it before, not for that reason but it didn't improve or worsen the lag.

I'm having in game lag on GTA IV its self. No mods installed are causing lag. I have used multiple things such as The command line, closing other programs, turning off certain services, and turning off clip editor. But there's still a considerable amount of lag. Its not unbearable but its kinda annoying. I am Knowledgeable with Computers so don't say i'm stupid, I need a new PC, Or my PC sucks. Its not true. Well I am not sure what you are playing on, I'll just tell you what i play for reference. I play on a windows 8 laptop. Its great playing GTA but if I use the mouse pad instead of a USB mouse, I will hit the edge of the mouse pad while changing view and it will take me to desktop not allowing me to go back to GTA.

Yeah I remember I went past my local Highway Patrol Post and saw one. I'm yet to see one patrolling.

Ive tried a few textures but didn't find any I liked. I'm looking for smooth black roads with non edited or same looking sidewalks as the game has it already. If anyone has anything to recommend or anything else, it would be appreciated. Thanks, OSHPTROOPERSHORTY

I just made this to chat about anything OSHP. I personally cannot wait till i got to the academy. If anyone is thinking about joining OSHP they should go to their nearest OSHP post and talk to the Trooper/Dispatcher/Cadet Intern on duty. They will give you information beyond belief. I dont have an all blue for explorer but i love OSHP and i will be a future OSHP Trooper. I can make a decent skin but not model. Ive made Peds, car skins. mobile command center skins, bearcat skin and others. Yeah they dont patrol in my area. In my life seeing them patrol ive seen a CVPI, Tahoe, Charger. and Unmarked Charger but ive seen them on their facebook page.

Do you know of the same siren but a different mod this doesnt have a horn unfortunately. but thanks for your help.
