Not sure if I'm in the right forum but I've noticed with two of my police car mods the dirt mapping is pretty lousy. As you'll see in the pictures the dirt mapping only covers half the roof and while its minor, its one of those pet peeves that bothers me. Am I right to assume its the model that is the issue?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but as the title would suggest I’m having an issue with Traffic Policer. When I make a traffic stop and use the Control + R keys for the vehicle to mimic me, after I get them safely off the road way and press those keys again to stop the mimic sometimes the car will just speed off in a straight line until they hit something that forces them to stop. Is it something to do with the default keys? It doesn’t happen always but it’s kinda common. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I downloaded the coronas file so I'll see how that helps and yes all of my emegency vehicles are set to the default config. Thanks! I'll let you know if it fixed it! EDIT: It worked!!!!! Thanks A Lot!!!!!

Okay so when I used ELS V7 I could get the headlight and taillight coronas to wig wag back and forth but now with ELS V8 I can't. I set the "UseCoronaTakedowns" to "on" and the headlights and taillight in the coronas section to "on" in the "default_config.ini. While in game I can see the coronas reflection on the ground in front and behind of my police cars but the lights don't actually flash. I looked for topics relating to this problem but I didn't see any. Could it have something to do with my ENB? Thank you in advance for your help! Photo of my configuration below!

Yeah I was using 1.0d but I decided to just uninstall the police helper because it is no longer supported. Thanks for the help though guys!

Thanks for the information! I see people like BayAreaBuggs on youtube use the Bait Car mod flawlessly and I don't understand how they do it.

So I downloaded vdh Police Helper and the bait car feature hasn't been working properly. When I use the bait car feature and park a car for someone to take it peds rain down from the sky on top of where my police cruiser is parked. Then when somebody goes for the bait car I get a message saying the bait car has crashed and it ends the bait car script. It crashes every time I try to use a bait car. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Well the game itself is not crashing but the Vdh mods have many bugs and crashes in game for me, I made a support request in the Grand Theft Auto IV section of the forum to see if anybody else is having this problem. Thanks Again!

I installed the latest versions of vdH Tow Service and Police helper and they have been crashing while in game. I will call for a bait car in the Police Helper menu and when I get the car pedestrians will keep falling from the sky or the Tow Service will crash when I call for a tow truck. I don't know whats causing this to happen? I have ScriptHookDotNet V1.7.1.7 installed as well.

That stinks so will I have to restart my game every time I see the message appear in game? It happened pretty quickly while I was playing.

I removed all of the scripts except police helper and it seemed to help! Although I got an in game message about LCPDFR encountering an error, it said the error was listed in the LCPDFR log. In the log at the bottom is says "Failed to authenticate" and a few other things such as " Authentication: Error 0x320". I'm not an expert on this but maybe I need to reinstall LCPDFR, I did the manual install btw.
