When I open up my Tahoe the wheel is perfectly in place. But when I look at it in open iv its in the middle under the car. Is there a way to fix that Nevermind guys. I fixed sorry about that

Yeah then nothing shows up. Im reinstalling and ill see what happens well I reinstalled and ran as admin and clicked activate manually and nothing happened

Hi I had to reinstall gta and I don't have internet right now so i need to do a offline activation. But when I click on activate manually or offline activation nothing pulls up. Can someone please help

Hi when I open up open iv or spark iv I add a skin to a vehicle then it doesn't show on it. When I have all the default vehicles in the textures still don't work the cars are just white. I've tried reinstalling and it still didn't help. Can someone help please? And this crashes my game

I think I get what you are saying. But now I need to bring the side runners in closer to the chgr. How do I do that?
