Don't mess with this if yours is working like I did... I my case I miss the strobe sounds (going back to v.1,00) Sometimes my patrol car and other POLICE patrol cars disappear leaving me and other officers on foot patrol.

Watch out for trainers, they can be silent killers... some work with this, but not that etc. Like ENB some ENB's just don't work with simple trainer. I gave up on ENB entirely. And no problem I know the frustration.

Just found an error just now. LSPDFR Computer+ is outdated. Fixing it right now!

Sometimes it's not the game folder, it checks for external RPH dependencies (Windows DotNet files) etc. Use IT! It helps. And it directs you to a fix. One more thing... USE IT!

That's what I meant as a suggestion... Some one make it an ELS bike? I'm using this bike for a long time now,with the right sound lights and sitting position. An ELS version would be KILLER!

Disable Ai ELS in the ELS.ini file. This mod is player eye candy at best.

This is for ELS cars, ELS key don't interfere with non ELS cars or keymap. And I remapped the siren and lights key so I could "retain" default GTA 5 Horn/Siren key E adding Q for lights. Cause you can't activate the sirens if you not in Light Stage 3 mode in ELS. I think Ctrl-P I never use it.

Told you this has to work!!! Now start patrolling hahaha. If you you use the lines I send you yesterday. You can drive and manage your sirens and lights using Q and E without looking down.
