Kickin' off the new year by sending it back to the 90's.
 
Just a little something I put together in my spare time. I'm thinking of a pack or two of these. Maybe do a 90s pack with a few different light bar versions, and an 80's pack. 
 
Comes equiped with a white takedown, red steady burn, and of course, rotors.
 
And I know the 'police' on the front bonnet is askew. It's fixed now.
 



 

'Los Santos Police Service (LSPS) arrested a male suspected of trying to escape the country via LSIA. Suspect was seen bolting for a Taxi as officers arrived, and was stopped and detained. He matched the description of the APB and was arrested for further questioning. He car was also seized and searched in a nearby parking lot.'
 
I changed my decision on adding a '13 FPIU and went with the newly release '16 FPIU. 
 
Probably won't post anymore screens on here until the pack is near completion, you know... suspense...
 

With the release of the Expedition and the Caprice by Him1250, I'll be adding to my LSMPD pack with a sort of 'free addon DLC' style pack. 
 
The pack with feature three new vehicles: LSMPD Patrol and Supervisor Expedition, a LSMPD Patrol Caprice and a LSMPD Detention and Police Support van. 
 
With the addition of the 'Addon DLC' pack, the original pack will receive some TLC and the vehicles have been updated and a few bugs have been fixed. It'll come with a new carcols file, ready for my Toronto Style LSPD Pack that's coming soon.
 
I'll be releasing the picture of the Caprice later as 'Part two', because I haven't even built it yet... *Ahem*
 

Los Santos Police Service (LSPS)
 
This is one of the new packs I'm building for you guys. It's based off the Toronto Police Service, and features a full halogen rotor light bar based of the Excalibur light bar. It also features a unique dual middle rotor, complete with functioning coronas on both sides. 
 
There will be 12 vehicles in this pack, including traffic units, patrol units, slicktop and unmarked units and some unique units I've decided to throw in. 
 
So... One down, 11 to go...
 
Special thanks to Harrison90 for letting me use his Toronto based LSPD skin as a base for mine! It's much appreciated!

For a new pack, I'm planning on making an LSPD themed pack based off the Toronto PD. For this I've been working for about 7 hours on getting the middle rotor to be multi-coloured, featuring two coronas. 
 
This is the closest I've come, and I feel I'm able to share this with you now. Yes, the timing it still off by a few milli-seconds (seen best in slow-mo) but I don't think I can come any closer to this.

Just wanted to show off the full halogen I've been working on. This variation has two LED lights within the light bar. Interior was just thrown on as it's a demo vehicle. This vehicle is very much a WIP.

This is what I've been working towards whilst I've been learning DRO2. The mixture of ELS and the environmental cast by the carcols.
 
I really enjoyed the lighting on this traffic stop so I thought I'd share it.

Final vehicle for the pack, this FPIU has a lack-luster interior, so I've had to spruce it up a bit. other than that has all the standard equipment the others have... so er.... yeah... enjoy.

After getting back into this stuff yesterday with the Charger, found some nice pictures of the old style Pennsylvania State Police, and decided it would be nice to have the lore version as state patrol. 
 
I want to do either a FPIU or a Tahoe and a FPIS. Can't decide whether to upgrade them to LEDs (probably a Liberty II) or just stick with vectors. Eh, we'll see.
 

Spent some time rebuilding the old LSPD cars on newer, better quality vehicles. The CVPI's been upgraded to the Forza model, and the '15 Charger has been swapped out for BxBugs 2014 Charger (a personal favourite of mine).
 
New liveries too, including Transit units and Area Commander vehicles. 
 
Skins by MrOxPlay, modified for my own personal use.

Been practicing some more, and I needed some new LSPD cars. I'm going to work in a mixture of LED lightbars and DRO2 ones. 
 
I had hoped the officers torches would've shone when I took this picture, but they didn't. 
 
My sheriff vectors are currently under test still.

Completed my little pack using the old vector light bar. Just put this together because I couldn't find any sheriff vehicles I wanted to use.
 
Changed the colour scheme of the lightbar from 3 red, 3 blue and one white to the one you see now.
 
Vehicles are CVPI 2011, 2015 Charger and 2013 Tahoe. Uses the beautiful DRO2 that comes with ELS.
 
Skin is by BradM from one of his packs, of which I've modified for my own personal use (skin won't be released if I do release the vehicles, I'll make a new one for that.)

2015 Charger to go with the 2011 CVPI I've been working on. It also uses DRO2.
Changed the concept from city police to county police, 'cause I needed some new sheriff vehicles and couldn't find any I liked.

I'm gonna rework the marked CVPI to have two versions, one 2011 with a Vision SLR and an older one with the old-styled Vision. Also gonna add a Tahoe and FPIU.
