This game started dissapointing me since, in one update, they removed precision and power from machine guns and made the damn pistols the most overpowered weapons of the game. Now I play just in hardcore cause I can't stand spending 40 bullets at 3 meters with my m240 or m60 and instead of killing the enemy I'm shooting at since half hour ago, getting killed by a guy that just appeared with a pistol or a smg in two seconds, something is probably one of the most frustrating thing of the game...

Althought I know this won't happen, cause the mythical GTA stars wanted level would dissapear, I'd like to see some kind of wanted system like in Driver Parallel Lines, where there were two wanted levels, in one there was a wanted level just for the car; appears when you've runned over someone, crashed police or shoot from the car, for example, but always from the car, and they can't recognize you if you mislead the police and abandon the car, however, if they see you leaving the car, you'll also get wanted level in another wanted level bar: a bar were the wanted level goes to your person instead of just to the car. This another bar is for example if the police see you stealing a car, shooting, etc, This two bar would give realism; if you have just wanted level in your person, and if you steal a car and police haven't see you stealing, the car won't have wanted level but you, instead, will follow with the wanted level, so if you have a police car driving close to you, they will start recognizing you, and if they totally recognize your car will also get wanted level. And another thing I'd like to see, since the game is based in the present day, is a expansion backing to 1992, like in SA, with all the gang fights, big cars, etc:)

Don't worry about it, you'll always find whiners begging for mods at a rude way and probably raging against your work (something I can't understand, since there are only few caprice models in comparison with the tons of BMWs or Mercedes released). Keep it up, mate!

That's what I thought, and it's totally wrong, every modder, even the best have been initially a unknown and maybe not so good modder or maybe have done an initially good work, so that doesn't mean is a thief.

This mod allows you to add one more police car to GTA IV: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=686 And I guess "playing" a bit with the files you can add even more cars.

Well, if you have vehicle mods that allow to add a texture or have the license plate file apart of the model you can change it using SparkIV, obviously, unless the vehicle allow multiple liveries each vehicle type will show the same license plate.

Yeah, use LCPDFR, it unlocks whole map without completing the history mode.
